This is a very very unprofessional office. Don't ever come here. The male doctor booked appointments for my 2 girls to follow up after the first visit and yes they still have to wait for over an hour. The receptionist said we don't have appointment and the male doctor came out recognize us. This is unacceptable and unprofessional so dont come here, save your money

Poor business. I've had a consultation with Dr. Le awhile back ($100). I wanted to remove some scars and we discussed treatments. I decided a few months later I wanted to proceed and use my deposit towards my treatment. Their office used to be on Bolsa Ave but now they have supposedly relocated to Garden Grove Blvd. I have tried for months trying to schedule an appointment with her. Every time I've called, her availability is only on a Saturday. I scheduled three appointments in which she had cancelled on me. The last time I called, I spoke to the other doctor, he said would call me back

I decided to make an appointment finally after a year struggling with on off cysts. Dr. Le wasn't there as she was at her Newport Beach's clinic. Dr. Vu scheduled me to go back on Sat because I might need surgery to remove.
Sat came. Dr. Le was very friendly. She answered my questions and explained patiently. I like that she was very honest too, she decided to give injections to the cysts because they had already ruptured (from exercise) during the week. No surgery needed. A lot of Drs. would have went ahead and perform surgeries to charge the patient more.

Wow, wow, wow. I had laser on broken capillaries from Rosasea with Dr. Le performing the laser. I am middle aged and have had these awful lines for 20 years. They were so embarrassing and could not cover them even with top of the line make up, cover up, powders and green cover.
Only one session with Dr. Le and the deep veins are gone! I am over the moon happy. There is scattered superficial redness remaining, but she concentrated on the deep capillaries. One more session to get them and I'll be good. Right now I use just powder and the redness is 100% covered.

This review is beyond late but here it goes. I visited Dr. Le at Lumins MediSpa back in October 2017 for restylane injections. It was my second time getting them done, since the first time the results weren't completely to my liking (by another clinic though). Dr. Le was very professional and accommodating throughout my appointment and talked me through all the steps she was doing, which I appreciated. The people are friendly here but the male doctor is messed up for overcharging me. I called in to ask for a quote to get a cyst removed and he said $50. Okay so I made an appointment and when I came in, he also told me it as $50 before starting. But after the whole procedure he charges me $125!!!! I asked him why he charged me extra and he said something about the surgery cost? BS! $75 more??? Just like that??? You clearly told me it was $50 before. He was lucky I'm nice. I didn't want to deal with it and just paid and left. Will never return to this place.

Overall the doctor is good. However the staff is as lost as can be. Last time I came in, I waited an hour in the room and a random doctor came in and couldn't figure out what's wrong with me. He goes wait a minute let's try something.... and low and behold leaves me in there for 30 mins and disappears. Finally, the main doctor comes in and figured out what's wrong with my skin in 30 seconds. So I guess when he said let's try something means another doctor? Made a follow up appt... today and oh guess what doctor doesn't show up and the staff didn't call me to tell

Ive beento so many different dermatologists to treat my acnes and scarings. I have been very disappointed with any doctors that i saw. I felt like they were just using me as their atm machine and just charge me left n right with no satisfying result on my skin. Until i found dr Dao and she was just like a miracle. She knew exactly what i wanted and i felt that she knows exactly what i was going through emotionally. She started the treatment right away and bam! My skin cleared. Just went to Dr. Anh lee for the first time and I am 100 percent pleased. From the moment I walked in the door the staff was so professional, and caring fantastic customer service. Okay, first I want to say that I am a male. When I first started looking for a Dermatologist and found Dr. Anh Dao's website my initial impression was her practice catered to women. Not so! I'm glad I inquired. Not only does she know her stuff, I swear you'll want to be her best friend after your visit. It's crazy how personable she is! I do not do reviews that often but this place is an absolute gem! The doc knows her stuff! I had botox, no bleeders at all and I tend to suffer those. I went back today for a few issues, including vascular lesions and a subaceous lesion. I also asked about other procedures and the Dr. took her time explaining what would be worth my money and what wouldn't, honestly. She is extremely thorough and does not rush you through. She is amazing!! I have finally found my go to for my skin challenges and rejuvenation.

Doctor AnhDao's and staffs expertise in dermatology is impressive! My son and I had acne issues and were successfully treated by her a few years back when she was located elsewhere. I recently sought for her again when she opened up her own practice in Westminster. Knowing she has successfully treated the hard to treat skins for Asians, I always refer friends and family to her whether they have acne, melasma (dark pigmentation), or need skin chemical peels, mole removal or other dermatology related issues. Dr Anh Dao was very helpful through out my consultation. I came in for a scar removal estimate and she was very detailed about her procedure. It was very hard for me to schedule an appt with my dermatologist it took about 2 months. But when I called Lumins they set me up right away. Friendly staff and great customer service

This review is for Dr. Dao solely. Let's just start off by saying she speaks fluent English which makes my experience so much better! I'm able to fully understand all the procedures and background knowledge that I need before jumping into anything. I've visited her office a handful of times now for keloid treatments, and even though sometimes I have had to wait a while, I think the staff just needs to work through a few kinks. I honestly have gotten really irritable and upset from waiting for so long, but once I'm in the Dr. Dao, I can't stay mad because she provides results

Dr. Anh Dao did a great job of treating my acne and acne scars. Besides treating my acne, she was very caring and attentive when showing me how to take care of my skin.
