Amazing service and people.
I was on an incredibly steep driveway with my minivan and couldn’t get out by accelerating fast because there was a car parked right across from the driveway.
I tried a couple of times and then got out to see how close I was to the edge of the driveway/cliff and my van started sliding. I jumped back in and hit the brake like 2 inches from the edge but then was afraid to try to move again because there was no room to slide back at all.
So. Sitting there with my foot on the brake calling tow companies for what seemed like hours but was like 20 min, I was referred

Our son Came home on Leave from Elpaso Texas he is stationed at Fort Bliss for a 2 week visit..while he was home he was ran off the side of Blairsville Mountain Monday Nov, 22.( Our Son is Alive..he came out like a champ with just a few bruises and small cuts and scratches)...Rider Towing assisted in retrieving his car out of a 100 foot drop off the side of the mountain and also towed his car! They are also assisting in towing us our sons car back to us and have blessed us in so many ways...I 100% recommend this company to anyone who needs towing services! We will be using them in the near future

Amazing scenery + Soft shoulder = BAD DAY!
I love coming up to these mountains and seeing the beauty of creation but from now on I’ll be stopping my truck to admire it.
Keith and Brian did an amazing job! They answered after no one else would and they were there in record time considering where I was located.
They handled this extraction with ease! Very professional. They had the skills and proper equipment for the task. If I’m ever in need of wrecker service again Rider Towing will be my first call.

I was in a work truck down a long skinny gravel drive that was blocked by a tree and I couldn’t back out cause my tires would just spin. He came with a beautiful wheel lift truck and his son who is following in his daddy’s foot steps. They were both so professional and helpful and I told them they both had halos above their heads. Keith is awesome and very knowledgeable in his craft if I ever have to use a tow service again I’m calling him. Thank you Keith!!

Weeeeelllll………..I got myself in quite a predicament last week and Keith showed up and saved the day!!! It was a very intricate extraction exacerbated by torrential downpours but Keith got us out and entertained us with stories from his many years in the business. While I hope I never have to call a wrecker again, if I do it will definitely be Rider Towing. Thank you so much for all you did to make a sh*@show of a day a little better!!!

If you are looking for a reliable towing company that's courteous and on time with great prices, look no further. We broke down right outside of Helen coming back to Atlanta. We called several companies and got the run around. I talked to Karen and she assured me right away that I was in good hands and they would take care of us.
