One in five Americans will develop skin cancer in the course of a lifetime. There are new cases every year, more than incidences of breast, prostate, colon, and lung cancers combined. The three most common forms of skin cancer are basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and melanoma. Skin cancer is the uncontrolled growth of abnormal skin cells.
Warts are non-cancerous skin growths that appear when a virus infects the top layer of the skin. The viruses that cause these growths are called human papillomavirus (HPV). These viruses are contagious and can be spread by contact or something that touched the wart. Warts are normally skin-colored and feel rough.

Failure on my behalf for not reading these reviews before booking my son’s appointment. They do not care, just do not care! The front desk lady has a smart mouth, the dermatologist makes assumptions and can careless if I request further testing for peace of mind, maybe she is not a parent yet. Not sure why this place is even still operating!

Please, please, please DO NOT go to this office. When I went in, the P.A. gave me the wrong treatment for my issue and injected steroids into my scalp. When I asked for a refund for this wrongful procedure, they denied me, saying that I would need proof of a hospital visit or adverse effects to the injections to get the refund. An unbelievably unprofessional and dangerous place.

Thank you Dr. Cheryl Zeidman, PA-C & staff for being so kind. My appointment was at 10am on a Monday morning. It was my first time going there which meant I have to fill out a new patient registration form. I waited maybe 30minutes tops to go back into the room with the PA. She was very kind & knowledgeable & Dr. Cheryl came in very short after. I had 3 marks I wanted looked at & removed. She took care of me, made me feel extremely comfortable & told me step by step what she was going to do. Exceptional job & experience she is the nicest dermatologist I have ever been to. I highly recommend her

I wish I could give them zero stars and just write a review! Horrible customer service!!!! They failed to call in a prescription, not once...but three times! The staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional over the phone and in person! The Doctor was very nice and professional so not sure whats going on with the staff. Not helpful at all. They don't greet you over the phone they send you straight on hold or answer and don't even say hello just "hold a minute". Very unprofessional, I've experienced this not only at the Loxahatchee location but their direct line as well! The staff mostly seems young so maybe

Wow... weirdest experience. Waiting place was dingy, old. Had fair experience with staff. Got into the room, the doctor sprayed me with liquid nitrogen in the face? Before I even was able to get a word out he prescribed me medication. I really hope whatever he sprayed me with won’t be dangerous. I really truly thought something bad was going to happen in there. I’ve never written a review before but this place provoked me to do so

The ONLY am giving this review 1 star is because I need to able to write a review but they do not even deserve 1 star.
Please do all in your power to avoid going to this office. The whole entire staff is extremely rude and are not helpful at all.
The doctor is never around and the PA is the only one who see the patients. They take you into the office and make you wait at least 40 mins before they come in. Aside from making you wait they have staff members walking in and out of the room getting supplies they need for their other rooms, I guess!??! They don’t even say excuse me..... No manners

I will never come to this office located in Southern Blvd ever again, I thought that I was going to see Dr. Masessa and ending find out that he only does surgery. Then I’m ending seen the P.A.C. Doreen Johnson. First of all, she was so rude to me and then trying to make me sign a paper that I was not happy to sign, since the paper have nothing to do with what she was going to do on me like look at my head for the itching and pimples that is all.
