Unfortunately, the system broke again les than 2 months later. No fault of Vogel; it’s old. This time, I feel like I was blown off. I was charged $119 to replace a screw. It is cooling my home now, but dripping water excessively and was within 2 hours of Chris being there to “repair” it. It’s not frozen. I feel like it’s not draining properly. It sure feels like Chris didn’t want to bother with a repair late afternoon on a Friday, even though I called early in the morning for help. Now I have to call someone else to fix it properly. Disappointed.

AC wasn't cooling. They promptly came out and their tech was courteous and knowledgeable but they charged me $240 for a motor run capacitor (a $15 or $20 part) which took about 10 minutes or less to install in addition to the $119 diagnostic fee. I could have and should have purchased and installed the part myself. What a rip off!

After receiving 9 bids from other companies we selected Vogel and from the first call, to the completed install, it was the best decision we have made for our home ac/heating needs. The Technician, Jeff came out and spent time to ensure the correct size unit would be installed and performed a load test, which no other company did or offered to do, ensuring what we needed. The installers Dave and Tom were prompt, professional, and highly informative. They left our home after two days beginning at 6:00AM and battled through the heat in the attic without complaint or hesitation. Vogel surpassed everyone

Erik very thoroughly went through each room to determine what was needed for my house and was very informative as this was my first time purchase of a new HVAC system. The installers were on time, polite, and completed the work in the quoted time frame. I have used Vogel 4 times now for both remodeling, repair and planning future whole system replacements.
I feel like Grant is my friend in the HVAC business. If I have an issue, I call his cell phone to first get his take on the best approach. He has guided me through some complicated situations in a historic, 3 story home from 1890.
Additionally, I just received great service from Rick who repaired some leaks on our natural gas pipes. He was very patient listening and answering all of my questions in addition to doing thorough repair work.

Vogel heating and cooling came to my house at 10:30 on a Sunday night to get my air conditioner back up and running during one of the warmest days of June. He tried to troubleshoot me over the phone, which I truly appreciated, and when he arrived he was prompt, courteous, and very professional. Vogel is a great company to work with! Their quotes were competitive with other companies and Ken helped us get the most out of installing all new AC and furnaces. The team doing the install was friendly and professional. They worked quietly for such a large job and left with everything incredibly clean. Ken came back multiple times to ensure we were happy with everything. The folks installing thermostats were knowledgeable and helped us get everything programmed easily. This all could have been super stressful but Vogel made it a very transparent and simple process.

I was shopping for new heating and cooling systems. I did my due diligence and got 5 top bids. Vogel was the most impressive. Eric explained the different options, showing me cost comparisons, and benefits for four system choices. He was very patient with my list of questions. The team they sent for installation could not have been more efficient and friendly. They worked hard and removed old systems and installed the new high efficiency heating and cooling in a timely manner, around my work schedule.

These guys were great. Very responsive and have attention to detail. Ken spent over an hour inspecting my system and giving me many options and answering all my questions. After an initially high quote I was able to negotiate a reasonable price and agreed on the replacement of my entire hvac system. Once we agreed on price they were out next day… and even ran some wires that were not talked about in the original quote at no additional charge. The installers were professional and knowledgeable and did everything they should have for an install like this. They also said they would come back

We moved into a new home and wanted to get the ducts cleaned after some construction. We called several companies for information. Vogel was the most informative on the phone and then sent a great technician. He actually looked into whether we needed it or not first and gave us some other general advice too. Several hours later the duct cleaning was done. He showed us some pictures of the inside of duct too and all the stuff he pulled out. I am looking forward to using my new membership to for the Clean and Checks. Thanks guys!

We discovered our furnace stopped working just as we were going to bed tonight. We have a baby and it was getting pretty cold already in his room so it was crucial we got someone ASAP. Called another company who advertised 24/7 service, only to be told they would page someone at 8 am. Called Vogel next, had someone return my call in 7 minutes, technician was out to the house in 25 minutes, and had the part and fixed within 30 minutes. All done at midnight on a 20 degree night! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

We had our 25-year-old house vents thoroughly cleaned by this company. To our knowledge, this had never been done. It was not a cheap adventure by any means, however, I highly recommend this company. I explained to them that I had an extremely difficult cat allergy and that they were not to bring into our house any equipment that may have "cat" residue. The technician double checked with his boss and there was no problem with meeting my special request. My vents are clean and the tech even showed the photos that he took to my husband. It was unreal how much "stuff" was

I don't write many reviews though I used Yelp reviews to select Vogel Heating and Cooling. Best decision I could have made. Not only was their bid the most competitive, their service was beyond my expectations. We used Vogel to replace our furnace and air conditioner and add a whole-house humidifier. They were one of the only companies to do a complete system verification to identify areas of concern regarding air flow, supply, static pressure, etc. They are not a "come in and quote you in 5 minutes" kind of company, but we were very impressed with their attention to detail and their interest in doing what was best for us and our home. Vogel/Steve and Matt did a wonderful job on the installation of my air/heat and humidifier. I would highly recommend Vogel and Steve and Matt. Steve explained everything that was going on and went over the new unit, humidifier and the thermostat to make sure that I totally understood. Matt came back to clean out my vents and was very polite and courteous. I will defiantly will continue to use Vogel for my heating and cooling needs.
