I have never come across a more irresponsible company than Highpoint. I had a situation in which the other tenants in my house sent me harassing messages and forced me to move out that very day. Although I was going through horrific abuse by those housemates, Highpoint refused to answer any questions I had or help me end my lease. When my 1 year lease ended (and I had been paying my rent, even without living there anymore) they still would NOT let me out of the 1 year lease. They made excuses until the other tenants found a new roommate.

I wish I could rate with 0 stars. They will not communicate with you after they get you to sign the lease. We called Emily upwards of 30 times and each time she acted like she had no idea what the situation was. Each time she said she would have a leasing agent call us and never once did we get a call back. When we asked Emily why she said she had never talked with us before. Literally every time we call, Emily answers. Try it out... call them and ask who you're speaking to.

I lived in the apartment for 1 year and when I first moved in the building was owned by someone else and eventually transferred to High Point. The company as a whole was professional and seems nice. I never really spoke to them much but maintenance request were done efficiently and on time. The reason I rated this company 2 stars is mainly because of the building manager Scott Palmason. At first Scott was really nice UNTIL HE FOUND OUT I HAD AN AFRICAN AMERICAN PARTNER. Once he was aware of my partners color, the stares stared and the constant questioning started. As a preface, I've lived in the same unit building for the past 7 years, and same apt for 6. During that time, our property was taken over by HighPoint.
I can't tell you how phenomenal they've been, and this was before COVID - during 2020, they were incredibly responsive and understanding.
They were prompt in replacing broken appliances, and communication was a 11/10. The contractors they would work with were professional and always on time, and the web portal they use makes everything simple.
My only hope is that they become involved in the new space that I'm moving into

Has mold and flea infestation.
Reply: As I stated before, in the review the employee asked me to give, the reason I’m leaving is the apartment is substandard due to constant flea infestations and old laundry equipment which always seems to break down. There is nowhere for deliverers to drop off packages and I believe my unit lacks the proper insulation to prevent moisture being found in the apartment. I’ve also previously stated I’ve submitted a request for pest control and they never showed, but I’ll make sure to submit a request to fix the excessive moisture. Thank you for your response

I recently signed a lease with HighPoint Real Estate and am super excited about my new place. I found the listing on Craigslist and gave them a call. I spoke with Avi who was super professional, nice, and helpful. I was sent an online application link which was super easy to fill out. They called me back within a day to let me know I was approved. We scheduled a day to meet for the lease signing and to get the keys. The unit was delivered as promised and super clean. Online rent payments is a huge plus! My experience so far has been great, thanks Avi!
