Josh Hoeppner is a proud graduate from the College of Law at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Prior to that, he completed his Bachelors degree at Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, Tennessee. Josh currently resides in Kingsport with his family, and he is happy to call the Tri-Cities home.
Josh has been a licensed attorney since 2010. He has the experience and ability to assist you in a wide variety of legal issues, ranging from civil to criminal matters. He went absolutely above and beyond when he handled my case. Unlike lawyers I’ve had before, he was very attentive to any questions or concerns I had. Speed trap ticket: Josh was great! Personable and informative. He patiently answered all of my questions, and I had many. My case got delayed and he kept me up to date as things progressed. Being from out of state, the reduced speed and not having to return to TN for court was as good of a result as I could have hoped for after hearing the alternatives.

Josh went above and beyond in his efforts to resolve two legal issues. I live out of state and had poor experience with another attorney not responding and not putting any effort into the two issues. Josh was the opposite of this other attorney. He was successful in resolving one issue and referred me to a specialist on the second issue. I would highly recommend him. He was awesome to work with.
