Love these guys, well priced, very professional install which took less time that quoted. If there is a negative here, it has to be the extended delivery time but thats hardly their fault, and the cost advantage more than made up for that. Highly recomended if you need new doors or just repair from a very honest local company providing quality products and services.

Andrew was on time, professional, and communicative throughout the installation. He worked hard and efficiently. I highly recommend RW Garage Doors.
There was a small defect in one of the panels. Andrew made note of it, the office followed up, and the replacement panel installed within the week. This is a wonderfully reputable company.

Poor to non-existent communications is the best thing I can say about these folks. I spent 6 months waiting on what was supposed to be a four-week order. Then, after being assured that they'd get it right the second time around, waited another almost three months. In the meantime getting no call-backs and irregular email responses... After threatening legal action, I finally got a call back from their GM, Jake, who while apologetic couldn't do much. Hopefully my experience was a fluke and yours will be better. On the plus side, when pressed, they did issue a full refund of my deposit.

I found RW Garage Doors through Costco. We had great customer service throughout the whole experience. Everyone was very nice and expedient with follow through - from buying the door and opener to the installation. Corey, the salesman, was excellent as was Mike, who did the installation. Mara was very speedy with the follow up. Anna was great with the paperwork.
They use high quality doors and openers. I would highly recommend this company if you are thinking about replacing your garage doors. We are very pleased with their work and materials.

This company is fantastic! James the installer called this morning letting me know he was on the way. On time and fully prepared. He has worked tirelessly since arriving. He has done an excellent job installing our new garage door. James removed the old door and has been cleaning as he goes. He has worn his mask and is an excellent representative of RW Doors. We had our new Garage Door installed by RW Garage Doors last week, and we are very happy with the end product. As with everything during Covid, it took a while to get after we ordered it, but the experience with Corey, the salesman Dennis, and the installation team, even the front office was professional. We went back and forth a couple times as we decided what we wanted and Dennis & Corey were helpful to dial in the price vs. product we needed. Linda C I went to the Vacaville store on 12/2/2020 ordered a beautiful garage door and gave them a check for $3300+. They sent out a technician to do the measuring. They told me because of covid it could take 6-8 weeks. I called on 3/9/22021 and after a long search they informed me the door had never been ordered. That they would order it and now it would only take 4-6 weeks. I went in to the store yesterday 5/7/2021 and guess what it wasn't ordered again!!!!!! They did say I was in luck now it's only taking about 3 weeks. So do I trust them once again to order it or demand my

We got an estimate in December after connecting with them through Costco. For the estimate appointment, they took pictures and showed samples. Within an hour we had estimates emailed to us.
In January we decided to sell the house and in February we reached out to scheduled an appointment. We worked with Corey, who offered to rush the order by waiving the waiting period. After the waiting period we could schedule an appointment in 2-4 wreeks.I said that wasn't necessary because there was no rush so we didn't waive the waiting period.
My agent disagreed. After the waiting period ended

RW Garage Doors did a repair for us about a year ago and we were so pleased with that experience, that we came back and bought our custom door from them. We received the same attention for the repair as we did for the much more expensive door. We highly recommend them!

I'm writing this review on behalf of my parents. We've had RW garage door work with our garage for years. A couple of months ago we were having issues with our garage door. When it was really cold our garage door would not open or not catch, it may have been the censor or the reel so we had to manually open and close it. Prior to that we haven't had our garage door changed or service in years. It was really easy to get in contact with RW Garage Doors. There was a number on the garage that we called and there was also a website where I went and virtually chatted with someone to send
