I'm so disappointed with both my eyebrows and the service I received from Defining Beauty. This business was highly recommended by a friend, but sadly, it was not a good experience. When I had the initial service done, the staff failed to mention that if you intend to use either a debit or a credit card to pay, they charge 3% of the purchase price- which adds up quickly. This would have been nice to know BEFORE the appointment as I hate fees and would have brought cash. Second, the touch-up which needs to be done about 6 weeks later is NOT included in the price of the procedure. So, after the procedure

Ashley my brows and she did an amazing job. She thoroughly explained the process and after care. I went from no brows to beautiful brows in one session, and they look even better after my touch up. I would recommend Ashley to everyone!

Didn't consult before hand. I took pictures and told her what i wanted. 4.5 hours later I tapped out. Worst tattoo I have ever gotten. I need to call for my "touch up" but what I really need is a full redo!

Wendy and the girls are always so nice and treat you like family. They explain everything so thoroughly and make sure you are perfect when you leave. I drive 5hrs for my treatments and will continue to. People say "You get what you pay for" and that can't be more true with them. You will be completely satisfied when you leave the shop. Beautiful work . However the customer service has something to be discussed. I’ve probably been promised calls back in the past and not received any calls back. I do not live in town and schedule an appointment for May 25. A serious medical emergency came up with my family but I was not able to make the trip. So I called about keeping the hundred… dollar deposit that my daughter left. Was promised a call back by Ashley. That never happened I was back in May. Called and left another message no call back. Two friends got powder brows with Kelsey and they looked amazing. I then got my brows done by Kelsey, too, and I’m so IN LOVE with them! Kelseys’s fabulous! I love the shape, color, all of it. She’s a perfectionist and it shows.I absolutely recommend Kelsey and Defining Beauty!

Ashley did my powder brow, more than I could imagine. With my fair-skinned she knew just the color to use. She was very aware of my comfort. Walked me through the healing process. Did my touch up amazing. Can't wait to see them when they're healed. The staff welcomed me when I walked in(both times) they're all very nice. I highly recommend defining Beauty.

Had my brows done again yesterday by Wendy and I have to brag about how amazing she is. her attention to detail is so great. she took an hour to draw and re draw my brows to ensure I was getting what I wanted… and what suited my face shape. I am so happy with the outcome, I will be going back in 5 weeks to do microblading (if I still want it) I would recommend Defining Beauty to anyone looking for permanent makeup, thank you so much Wendy for making my brows amazing again ❤

Wendy has no concept of being a good owner and making sure her clients are happy and customers for life it's very disappointing. She blames you if your color doesn't stay and is justified in you having to pay over 1000 for powder brows in less than 12 months. She just raised a touch up fee at half original price because I was at my 12 months but I… just seen her 5 months Prior and she's booked out 2 months when I said I think it's not fair and to much to just try to be happy she said I will cancel your appointment to me that's greed honestly and beauty comes from with in which clearly isn

I want to give a huge shout out to Wendy, I waited a while just to get in to see her an could not be more thrilled about her work. I haven't even healed yet and have been getting some much love about how beautiful my brows are. She is amazing! I will be seeing her on a frequent basis, keep doing it for a long time Wendy!

Initially, I have to admit I was a bit intimadated by going to Defining Beauty. For gosh sakes, the name is Defining Beauty. All my irrational fears and anxiety were put to rest by Mattie, Wendy, and Eric. They are friendly and welcoming; it feels like hanging out with your friends...if your friends are professionally trained and equipped to apply… permanent makeup on your mug or money maker.
