Bailey was a trusted confident for over 10 years until they encouraged us to go to the cloud. This was for their benefit. Then problems developed. Fees went up 4- 5 times what our server had cost; nearly $4000.00 per month, exorbitant for a 6 workstation company. Our credit card was billed multiple times a month without our knowledge; under Bailey IT, and strangely MAX IT. When we repeatedly asked for an explanation, there was none. After 2 months of no comment, we began investigating other reputable IT companies. All 5 said the setup was inappropriate. We changed to another IT company
