Services
A patient's first visit to our office will typically consist of a consultation to explain the diagnosis and discuss treatment options. In many cases, treatment will be provided immediately following the consultation, however those patients with complex medical histories or treatment plans may require a second appointment at which treatment will be provided.
We will help to maximize your insurance reimbursements, as well as send you a monthly statement regarding your account. Remember that insurance companies will typically respond within four to six weeks, so please call our office at 916-967-6538 if your insurance payment has not appeared on your statement in that time.
We take pride in delivering the finest dental care while keeping the costs to our patients as reasonable as possible, as such, our policy is that payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have previously been made. For your convenience we accept the following credit cards: Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express.
Doctor Kristi Alexander is locally born and raised in Carmichael. She found her love for the dental profession working in her father's dental lab for 10 years. She earned a degree in Biological Sciences from Sacramento State University and in 2000 she completed her degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from University of Southern California (USC) School of Dentistry.
The EPIC Diode Laser by Biolase is one of the most versatile pieces of technology used by Dr. Kristi Alexander. Utilizing the latest in laser technology, EPIC is the only diode laser in the US approved for soft tissue procedures, teeth whitening, and pain therapy (typically TMJ). How is it that one device can address such a wide variety of problems?

Dr Alexander is a positive, and caring dentist that makes me feel very comfortable in the chair. She is the only dentist that has never hurt me with injections or dental cleaning. I admire her use of the latest technology (laser) and how efficient her staff is. She is by far the best and I look forward to seeing her for all my dental needs.

Always a good experience. Dr Alexander and her staff are so welcoming, helpful and professional. It’s not often a person can say they look forward to going to the dentist, but in this case it’s true. I’ve had this dentist for years, now they are out of network but I really can’t go anywhere else. They are so gentle, I never have pain, and are very thorough.
I’ve been to other dentists that try to lie about things to bring you back for, like you have 7 cavities, and then you go to Kristi Alexander, and she says you don’t. It’s so hard to find a good dentist these days! This is your dentist!

Dr. Kristi Alexander and her staff are amazing!!!!! I was very nervous when I left yesterday, but after the procedure today I know I’m going to be ok. They took the time to explain what was going on and how we were going to tackle it. Very gentle and always checking to see if I was ok. It’s been awhile since I’ve been to the dentist.
