Couldn’t be any happier with the work these guys have done for me in the past as well as just finishing up running all the HVAC for my basement finishing currently doing. I opted in for the maintenance package and couldn't have been more pleased with the responsiveness of Jenny and Rob. Their professionalism and expertise is unmatched and the service was stellar. Rob pointed out a few things that we could have completed to make our heating system more efficient. No pushing or sales pitch, just completely honest. This is impressive! Needless to say, Mr B's will be a business that I will always call upon. They are a business that CARES!

Of course on the coldest day of the year, the furnace needed fixing. MR B's called right back, the tech called when he was on the way, service was prompt and professional. The tech was awesome, gave a senior discount for my 81 yo mom living with me and charged a fair price especially considering it was an emergency. I trust these guys and highly recommend them.

When my furnace went out in December I called Mister B's. Mister B's was timely in their response and showed up at the times they said they would be there. They called every single time to let me know they were coming. The workers were friendly, polite and diligent in getting the work done. They were thorough in cleaning their mess up too. I would not hesitate to recommend Mister B's to anyone nor will I ever use any other HVAC service.

This experience was the best- I was able to schedule my appointment online (they even confirmed it online). The technician was timely, professional and polite. Price for the service call was reasonable and most of my entire transaction was handled electronically- will definitely reach out to Mr. B's for all of my future HVAC needs!

Well, this is not your typical review! I live in Hawaii and it is unlikely that I will ever require HVAC assistance from Mister B's here, but if I do relocate to Cheyenne, I absolutely will call on Mr. B for my HVAC needs. Here is my story:
I was considering the purchase of WIFI controllers from a supplier in Sheridan and called Mister B's for a referral on the company. (I did not realize that Sheridan was 400 miles away from Cheyenne)
I was assisted by Mr B. himself as he got involved with tracking down information on the company. He contacted one of his HVAC associates in Sheridan
