So, after reading all the reviews we were super excited. It really wasn’t like we had expected- the dining hall was completely shut down, I think there was only one other couple there. The quiet we liked. Only… it had the feeling like we were completely secluded because there wasn’t anyone around. The room was very cute. But every blind in the room was either broken, missing a blind or was hard to close, the air conditioner filter needs to be changed out- the room smelled very moldy from the AC. But the worst was the water pressure, the shower has very low pressure and after

My husband and I stayed for two nights. Everything was very clean and quiet. The pool area is beautiful. It’s located between a few places to eat with a short walk either way. It’s far enough away from the pier though so you definitely still get that private, get-a-way feeling we were looking for. Everyone we met, even strangers walking on the street, were so friendly.

OMG!!!! This was my favorite location ever! I booked the Bahamas room for a romantic weekend away with my love. Mica greeted us Friday evening gave us a tour and we got settled in. The room was perfect for us.… We loved the old school beach feel and the pool was perfect for us to relax in after our outings. I did request the picnic for two and was not disappointed! Everything was packed perfectly and super tasty. I have book marked this hotel for future getaways and have told all of my friends.

This place was great but not what we expected. Unfortunately we went off the website and many of the details from past reviews that made this place so unique or no longer offered. This is because we found out that the current owners have sold and the place was in transition. We wish we knew this ahead of time as we booked this quaint hotel for the uniqueness and culinary adventure. Although the owners were absolutely wonderful people and their story is amazing it was a bit much to pay $300 a night for a decent room. It sounds like the new owners do have great plans for this place as it is a wonderful

What a fantastic, cozy, beautiful place! My Fiancé and I went for a much needed R&R weekend! Upon our arrival, we were greeted at the gate by Maureen, who was so sweet and so friendly, we felt like Family visiting Family, she gave us a little tour of the property before escorting us to our suite, which was Beautiful. This place, along with Maureen and Wolfe, completely exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to go back!!! If you’re looking for a cozy place to escape life for a while, this is where you want to go for sure!!! Thank you everything, we are grateful for your warm hospitality

Island Cottage Inn has quickly become our absolute, without question, favorite place to escape to. Maureen and Wolf are just the best hosts, and they go above and beyond to ensure you have the most memorable stay possible. The Inn is s direct reflection of the owners, and you feel the love and care every minute of your stay. We've stayed at the Inn twice now in the past 6 weeks, and walking back in on our second visit, we were treated like family.

We had the most relaxing vacation at the Island Cottage Inn! Maureen & Wolf make your stay so inviting and pleasing! They are lovely hosts and provide an atmosphere you want to return to. The pool and beach… are so private, and the rooms are relaxing and quiet. Wolf is an AMAZING chef…providing us one of the best breakfasts we have had!! This was our first trip to this quaint, clean, and beautiful cottage, and it was definitely not our last.

We enjoyed our stay so very much! The hospitality of the owners was above and beyond our expectations. The food was delicious!! Our room felt like home, only better. Wolf and Maureen truly care about their guests, and it shows in everything they do. Our only regret is that we weren't able to stay longer. We highly recommend this place. This was our first trip to Flagler Beach. What a restful experience!!

Probably the most relaxing vacation we ever had. From the minute we walked in we were already relaxed. The hosts were amazing. They thought of everything that you would need. They provided everything in the room you would need and all the beach stuff you could want. All you have to do is show up. And the food was absolutely amazing. We had planned to visit several restaurants but after having our first meal there those plans changed. It was like having your own personal chef. YOU HAVE TO STAY HERE!!! What an incredibly magical place! We were looking for a weekend getaway that would transport us to a relaxing and chill oceanfront gem and we found it. The rooms are adorable, upon entering we fell into the coziest room overlooking a tranquil pond. The decor makes you feel like you're in the middle of a garden. The location is perfect and comes complete with a private beach. It is walking distance to nightlife and restaurants, or you can stay put and enjoy the vibes.
