What it means to me is being present in the lives of my family and friends; making new friends and actively participating in the community by supporting local non-profits, schools and churches. What about my customers? Customers are the reason for my agency, and the center of everything we do. We celebrate life milestones with them, help them prepare for risks they may face and be there for them when the unexpected happens.

Summary: Matt was more interested in selling me more insurance than he was in providing timely, accurate customer service.
Long version: My wife and I had our car insurance through Matt. We sold the car and requested that he cancel the policy. A month later, we found that we were still being billed for the car. I again requested that he cancel the policy. He acknowledged the request and tried to sell me some additional policies. Two weeks later, the insurance policy was not canceled.
