Hello, my wife Barb and I have been partners in our plumbing business since day one. I have lived in Door County since 1967 and I love it. We have raised four children Kelly, Chelsea, Casey and Curtis here and they all have worked for me at some point during summer months. I take great pride in our family business and I have been fortunate to provide service to our customer for many years.
In 1972, my husband, Gene LaViolette suffered a massive stroke. He was 44, I was 36. The stroke left him totally disabled, with aphasia (blocking of the communication center) and paralyzed on his left side. Although he lived for 30 more years, he was never able to work, again. More than anything, he missed coaching especially at Brussels and then Southern Door High School.

Been using this company for a few years now and I really don't trust anyone else. There are reasons why this crew is always busy, mostly because they do good work and charge reasonable prices. You may have to schedule in advance for minor repairs, but if you have a true emergency, someone will be at your door quickly. I highly recommend Borkovetz Plumbing.

I've used Borkovetz a couple times in the past for minor plumbing issues and was satisfied with the quality of their work. Now I'm doing a total bathroom reconstruct. I called them more than 8 weeks ago to schedule them for a rough in. Person answering the phone said one of the plumbers would call me back and set up a schedule. Never heard back.
