Scam Alert! Vans cracked a rim on my Mercedes and tried to cover it up. They would have got away with it if I hadn’t taken the car back to them for more work. They called and tried to sell me a new rim for more than $500. They told me whoever previously had installed the tire had cracked the rim and had tried to cover it up with bead seal. I explained it was Vans who had done that work and I still had my receipt. They literally told on themselves and then refused to accept responsibility. How shameless.

I brought my pickup in for it's 60,000 preventative maintenance. With some added services. My truck was done in a timely manner. My tech Tom was very informative and gave me all the info I wanted to know about the services. My advisor Brian even dug and found some coupons to make my visit cheaper. I will be having this location and Tom service my vehicle from now on.

On Monday November 15th I was passing through and caught a flat. I was almost 2 hours away from home and I found Van’s on Google. Luckily I had a run flat tire and was able to hobble over to Van’s. When I got there the work crew was extremely kind and helpful. They got me back on the road I no time and I made it home safe! I would recommend everyone to go there because their crew had the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. I will drive from Columbus Ohio to buy tires from van’s because I know my vehicle is in good hands.
