RUN!!! From this builder. Their homes are thrown together last and with absolutely ZERO quality control. I wouldn't recommend this home builder to my worst enemy! Customer service during the process and after the fact is simply put, miserable. The organization needs a FULL and COMPLETE overhaul in every single aspect, from the top down. Buyers remorse!

I love what Justin has done with this business. He is such an amazing person and I loved working with him. The build quality is awesome so far. I have not had any of the other problems that some of the reviews are stating. I will definitely work with Altura in the future and 100% recommend buy and building a home from them.

We had a different experience than most. Ours was pleasant. Most items we brought to their attention were addressed the way we wanted and if not they were addressed per code. Post build repairs took a while until Richard Hobbs got involved and he was able to track our issues and resolve to completion. The home building process is not a walk in the park. If you want to prevent 80% of your major issues post build you may want to..and I can't stress this enough...hire a 3rd party inspector during your build. Its a bit costly, but saves you time and $$$ in the long run.

They are the worst home builders. I have spent way too much time and money fixing what I paid for. Driveway has 3/8" cracks on a brand new home and I was told that's normal? Molding not finished in the kitchen. 21 cabinet doors broke and had to be replaced. If anything please think long and hard before you buy a home from Altura. Do you want to spend more money and time fixing a brand new home?

We all look forward to building a brand new home - and if this is your goal, please stay away from this builder. When I purchased my new home, the dirt work had just been started. I chose floor plan and a few days later met the sales consultant at the design center where I chose my tile, flooring, cabinets and countertops. I began watching my home come together. The foundation, the framing, the outside brick - then walked in one day to discover the tile guy laying the tile when I realized it was not the tile I chose. Went to the sales office only to find out that my selections from 4 months

If I could give Altura Homes a negative review with ZERO stars I would. They deserve so much worse than that. It took them 14 MONTHS to build our house. We were lied to the entire time. Our house sat for months while nothing was done on it. Every single thing was a fight to get done correctly. They even switched our paint on our walls to a totally different brand & color & never told us. I paid $2000 for "upgraded" knotty alder cabinets that had barely any knots!! 7 out of the 12 doors had ZERO knots & the doors that did had 1-2 tiny knots. 100% waste of money. I sent

️❗️DO NOT BUY A HONE WITH ALTURA!! They do not honor their warranty work nor do they build the type of Quality home that you pay for. They will promise you the moon and then drop you like a hot potato. Their work is Shawty they have no integrity and they're complete nightmare to deal with once you're home is built.
