Services
We supply all of the water used to execute our services, by lawfully obtaining metered hydrant water. We pay the utility company for the water we use. When cleaning concrete, we use a 2-step process that includes the application of an algicide to remove and deter mold and mildew, increasing the longevity of the cleaning.

Riptide is currently cleaning all of the roofs throughout our 220 unit condominium complex this week. They cleaned my units roof today. I was very pleased that they communicated with me before the cleaning and put my mind at ease. The whole process took less than 45 minutes from start to finish. I’m very happy with the results!

I hired Riptide Pressure Washing to clean our 12 story condo building on Clearwater Beach. We talked to several other vendors before finding Riptide. My time was wasted, dealing with companies, showing up and not being able to do the job at hand. Riptide brought a 150’ lift to come tackle the entire building in one day! Windows are spotless and the building looks new again. Residents are happy and the board of directors are absolutely thrilled. I have to say, These guys really know their stuff!

Our community association chose Riptide to come and remove offensive graffiti from our community. The crew showed up the same day as called, to handle the vandalism. The team cleaned up the graffiti and was very courteous to the residents who we’re watching them work. I hired Riptide Pressure Washing to clean 375 townhome building roofs. The owner was on the job the entire time, ensuring that the project went smoothly. Other Cleaning companies tried to sell the community with a “soft wash” of the shingle roofs. Riptide used an algicide atomizer to apply the cleaning agent. We were surprised that no cleaning agents came off of the roof or into our plants & bushes. The best part, was that Riptide guided us though the roof warranty process, getting the warranty company to pay 60 percent of the bill!

Our Home Owner Association hired Riptide pressure Washing to clean our 12 story condominium building on Clearwater Beach. They were here for about 8 hours to complete the entire job. Riptide Took about 2 hours per side of the building to clean. I wish they took a little longer because my grandkids were visiting us and they really got a blast from the guys repelling off of our building with ropes. Great job👍
