I had a water tank for my horses leaking from the ground which caused our well to drain so we had no water in the house. We called them after hours and they were here in an hour. They did a great job! Got it fixed and we have water again! I would definitely call them again. Thanks for taking care of us!!

I got an email from Gainesville water resources stating that I was consuming 11 gallons of water for 24 hour straight. I did all my due diligence. I changed toilet flapper valves. Crawled around my crawl space looking for any sign of leaking. No matter what I could not find it. Enter Billy Bell Plumbing. I was a little skeptical at first due to my own lack of knowledge. I called for an unknown water problem with my water heater. I got a response and soon after the technician called to set a time! I had called 2 other places with no availability so this was a huge help. Brandon and Doug were very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Turns out my pressure control from the main was worn out and I would need that replaced as well as a piece for my water heater due to the high pressure.
