Watch out! *No refunds*
I love the merchandise at this store but recently had to return an item that didn't fit and was told they don't do refunds, just exchanges or store credit. Icame within a week with the receipt, didn't matter. They don't let you know that at the time of purchase and I was surprised and very frustrated to find that out after the fact - who does that?!?

I follow this stores social media and decided to look in store last week for the first time. It’s a cute store. Unfortunately I agree with the previous review about no one helping me even though there was an abundance of employees behind the counter. While they did welcome me as I walked in, that was the last anyone spoke to me as I walked around because the girls were too busy talking to each other. I left empty handed and disappointed

My teenage daughter loves each of the Swank boutiques. She always seems to find something she either wants to get for herself or as a gift for one of her friends. This time we picked up a "teddy bear" jacket, a OS crop top and an adorable necklace for less than 100 dollars. The store assistants even gift wrapped the birthday present for us. The gift bags are good quality and the teens seem to smile when they see that they're receiving a gift from The Swank Co.
