I transferred my policy from another agent because I believed I wasn’t getting taken care of correctly. I don’t regret making my switch to Gary’s office at all. They call me when I’m late on my payments to give me a reminder, discuss different options coverage wise for my vehicles and I just love how caring they are. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely horrible experience with this guy!!! We had endless issues with them and even received a bill for a canceled policy that we had terminated months prior. He also seems to take things out of context. If you tell him that your going to report him to the State Attorney Generals Office and the Division of Insurance and inform him that you will utilize all of your legal resources to challenge his billing and contracts he interprets that as a personal threat. Gary has been rude, giving a price for premiums and then sending us a bill for higher amounts. He seemed to always double talk. Always

These people are a joke. They try to scam you out of your money. I had auto insurance with them and they told me that it would be cheaper if I bundled it with life insurance so I did. I decided to go else where for my car insurance because I found a better deal. The agent was trying to convince me to bring my mom onto the policy so I can get a better deal and called her at 9pm to bug her and convince her to join as well even tho I rejected his offer multiple times. When I went in to the office to sign the forms the lady asked me if I wanted to cancel my life insurance as well and I told her YES
