In 1994, Laurie Johnson took Sondra Welsh under her wing. Sondra started as a member of the cleaning staff, but Laurie knew she had more potential. Sondra grew up in Cheyenne, Wyoming, helping her grandmother run her local property management company. Real-estate was in her blood. By 1999, Sondra became the company's owner.

Laurel Properties has been a real pleasure to work with so far. Crystal and Dacia have been superb to work with. This is my first experience with a rental property management company and I don't see any reason why I would ever go with a different company. Crystal is very responsive to email and phone calls and always has an informed answer for me. Dacia, in charge of Maintenance, seems as competent as they come, and Laura, my book-keeping contact is personable and friendly. Additionally, their book-keeping software streamlines my accounting and taxes. I strongly recommend Laurel Property Services

I was moving here from out of state and due to the company’s hours, I had to take a virtual tour of the property. During the tour I was reassured a dead bolt would be added and that guests would have parking in front of the building. The listing also claimed central air was present.
The first issue I had was that I had to pay the deposit and first months rent all at once. I was told that first months rent wasn’t due until closer to the start of the lease. I paid $2600 immediately to secure the apartment. Upon moving into the apartment, there was no central air, so no A/C and it’s over 100F

I’ve worked with Laurel Property for a few years and they are a top-notch, property management company. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has multi-units: they’re just on top of their game, plain and simple. I tried a few other companies in the area and the communication was always lacking. When we decided to hire a property management company we chose Laurel Property Services because they had such a great reputation in town. We are so happy we did, they have managed our rental property with the highest degree of professionalism and we couldn’t be happier! It is such a relief to know that our property is in great hands, we never have to worry about a thing. I wish I could give Laurel Property Services more than 5 stars. They started managing our rental property in 2019. They have been wonderful to work with and extremely responsive. I tried managing our property for years, and would always get the dreaded emergency phone call from the tenants when on vacation or during busy times at work. Now I regret not going with Laurel Property Services sooner. Sondra and Laurel make it so easy for us, give us priceless advice, and best of all, I have the peace of mind that everything is being taken care of for us and our tenants.
