General dentistry procedures are intended to protect your teeth and gums from disease or restore your smile after injury. Fillings are used to treat your teeth for cavities. Dental sealants are protective treatments that can reduce your risk of tooth decay in molars that can be hard to clean.
Your initial appointment will not be like most first visits at a dental office. You will be seen by the doctor and a team member who will do a complete and thorough examination. The exam will consist of several different assessments. Charting of all existing dental work, possible cavities, tooth fractures and missing teeth.
Remember that it will take time to adjust to the feel of your new bite. When the bite is altered or the position of the teeth is changed it takes several days for the brain to recognize the new position of your teeth or their thickness as normal. If you continue to detect any high spots or problems with your bite, call our office so we can schedule an adjustment appointment.

When I came to Dr. Fornalzyk and his team i was in bad shape with fears of losing my teeth on both sides of my mouth due to a car accident in 2010. My previous dentist had pulled a few too many of my troubled teeth and I was not happy at all! So, this office welcomed me so kindly and professionally, gave me options and many consultations to decide how I wanted to fix my mouth. Now after all the grief of my past dental mistakes I found all the answers with EXCELLENT SERVICE! I am beyond happy with my dental work and my NEW SMILE! A big thanks to Dr.Bob and all who made this experience and journey

All thanks to Dr. Bob & his wonderful staff I now have a smile I can be proud of! No more covering my mouth when I laugh or not smiling in photos! He & his assistants were so kind & patient. Their work on my teeth made me feel like a totally new person. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is self conscious about their smile!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Bob's for over 25 years. I have always received excellent care. I would highly recommend doctor Bob for all dental needs. The staff and Heidi have always been helpful and explain everything peris everything. At my age I am happy to say I have all my teeth and they are great.

When I was in college I went to Dr. Fornalczyk’s office several times and want to say how he helped me get over my fear of dental work. He and his staff, obviously very well trained, were very kind, professional and did amazing work on my smile. I’m no longer afraid of the dentist and smile a lot more now!

Dentist fornalczyk ruined my nieces mouth. He caused her to have multiple absesses because he didn't clean out the whole cavity and then fill them in causing the cavity to go below the gum line . She now has to have 5 teeth removed at once. 😡😡 i would highly recommend staying away from him. I so wish I could post a picture of her poor little mouth so you can see how sore he made her little mouth. .
