Casco Industries
Since 1960, Casco continues to focus on providing customer service and quality products to ensure customer satisfaction and continued business partnerships. Starting in a 50' x 100' chicken coop-like building near Elgin's Historic Watch District, Casco grew into a multi-faceted manufacturing facility with multiple expansions and evolution throughout its history.

In the late 1980's Casco began partnering with other manufacturers to distribute products and additional building product brands. Since then, Casco has become one of the most comprehensive building materials sources in the greater Chicagoland area for windows and doors. Casco Industries stands as one of the few manufacturers of aluminum clad wood windows and storm products that manufacturers their products from start to finish.
Services
Casco has been designing and building high quality window and door products. Gathering and reacting to the needs of builders and homeowners, Casco continues to evolve and provide the same superior customer service it was founded on years ago. Building a new home, remodeling, or working on a commercial project, Casco will add beauty and quality that fits any architectural style and budget.
Casco Casement Windows are hinged on either side of the window and open to vent on the reverse side of the hinges. The unique feature of the extended sash into the air allows casement windows to catch cool winds and direct it to the interior of a room. Casco Casement Windows has been designed to stand alone with style and beauty or to be placed in a grouping to create a spectacular wall of light.
Casco Double Hung Windows include two moving sashes that slide up and down. Both sashes will remain at any height allowing variable ventilation control and also tilt into the home for quick cleaning. Since double hung windows do not swing outward, they are perfect additions for walkways, driveways, or porches.
Grille Options Including: Grilles Between the Glass (GBG), and Simulated Divided Lites (SDL). Cardinal LoE3-366 glass is the ultimate performance glass that delivers the ideal balance of solar control and high visibility. Along with providing the highest levels of year-round comfort and energy savings, LoE3-366 provides exceptional fading protection as well.
As an alternative to complete window replacement, Casco Storm Windows provide a secondary layer of protection on top of existing aluminum clad or wood windows. Casco Storm Windows reduce home energy bills, interior drafts, condensation, and sound transmission through an added barrier between a home and the outdoors.

Had a double storm door installed. Much less expensive than other companies you see on tv. Already can feel a difference in sound being blocked from the outside.

I own a glass installation company and have been using Casco products for 20 plus years, I was first introduced to them through my old boss and have continued to use them throughout my entire career. I have purchased storm doors, storm windows, french doors, patio doors and insulated glass from them and have always been satisfied! The staff is very knowledgeable, super friendly and they always have new and exciting products for my customers to choose from! I've recommended them to others and was never told that they were not satisfied. Jason from J's Reliable Glass Service

Terrible windows. Seal broke on over half the windows, they replaced the windows but WE were responsible for all of the labor. Even the guys that came in to replace the windows said they couldn't believe the customer had to pay to replace them. Really, there are many other window companies, use one of them.

We recently had new windows made and installed by Casco. The ease of design was above expectations and we love the final product. The installation went smooth and their workers were professional, polite and clean. I would recommend Casco to anyone looking to replace their windows.

Casco Windows were installed in my new home in 2001. I don't believe a worse window could be manufactured if it were the intent to make a bad window. During the winter the insides are caked with ice. The metal strips on the exterior are falling out. There are drafts coming through the panes. It is now going to cost me as much as $41,000 to replace this junk. If you think this is some type of joke drop a note to me at sfagentjim@aol.com and I will fill you in. Beware of Casco unless you like throwing money away.
