I got a flat tire on my way to work. I was really upset because I was missing work. My battery ended up dying because I had my hazard lights on. When my car battery died I had my windows rolled down. Of course it looked like rain was coming. My day was turning out to be super great (sarcasm). I called AAA to get a tow. Jim Hensley showed up to save the day. I'm sure he could tell I was upset. He was so super nice. I wanted to race back to town because the tire shop closed at 5pm and I wanted to see if someone could help me because the tire shop had just put that tire on earlier in the day. Jim

I am just so happy with this company I can't stop talking about it. My car went completely dead without warning so I called to have it towed to my mechanic. They came and were actually early. I told them what happened and he immediately said to pop the hood. It took him not even a min to tell me my wires were loose on my battery. He tightened them and viola car started no problem. He could have taken advantage of the situation. But was very honest and trustworthy. I am so glad I found them. Also very affordable quote for what it would have been to tow.

They were called for a AAA roadside assist, I got owner Freelin Hensley. He was quick (a first for AAA), not grubby, careful with how he hooked to my car - even asked me if I was okay with the way he was doing it- and thorough. He had to haul it all the way to Cleveland, and then stuck around to make sure everything was right with the guy I was dropping it off to, etc.
If I need a tow again in this area, I want these guys again.
