These people were so horrible in service. They took my money and an hour later told me that they couldn’t apply the payment to the bail. So they had my money and didn’t provide the service because of their “insurance” didn’t approve it. If this review gets deleted because it may, UNDERSTAND that they will KEEP your money if you don’t request your refund within 24 hours and WILL NOT APPLY IT TO BAIL.

I really appreciated the courtesy and professionalism that was displayed by the staff during a very difficult experience. Although the gentleman who assisted me, Alex, was great, another particular staff member, Vickie, really stood out to me. I watched her as she demonstrated a thorough knowledge of her job and the system. Even when a client came in less than acceptable, she responded in a respectful, yet no nonsense manner. In spite of that, she continued to serve the client with a kindness and compassion that really wasn’t expected.

Before walking into the business today at 4:15 in the morning, the employee was visibly asleep. As we walked in to get help, the employee was very stand off-ish. After asking a few questions about case, he seemed to be very blunt with no care whatsoever and no knowledge of the case. He seemed rude from the start. I do not recommend this business.

He acted like he was annoyed by me calling... then after 8 hours of waiting I had to call them to see what was going on nobody even tried to call me to let me know that they wanted an extra cosigner which is BS because I should’ve been notified immediately so that I could work on getting a cosigner that way that my husband could already be at home. I mean I already paid them why didn’t they notify me that the bond WASN’T even posted yet?! Now I have to wait another whole 6 hours for him to get released 🤨🙄

First time going to this place and Trent was super helpful! He answered all of my questions. I had no idea what I was doing and he was very patient with me. He explained the process thoroughly. Said if I had any questions later, I could call and ask. I called numerous times and Trent never seemed bothered to answer any questions. Very appreciate for all the work they do.

Trent was such a great relief, he answered all my questions and gave the details he knew I’d need! I’m glad I came to see him. He was respectful vs the other employee who I won’t name... and the exchange of energy put me at ease. Never bailed anyone out before! Terrible service. Go to literally any other bail bonds and I'm sure you'll have a better experience. They take hours to take the bonds 1 minute down the road. If there is any trouble with insurance or you need a co signer they will not call you and give you a heads up. Very misleading with information. If you do go there I would call them every hour to make sure everything went ok with the bond because they will not contact you if there is any trouble. Family member spent an extra 22 hours in jail because they failed provide correct information. Avoid

If you see this review consider it your lucky day. Alex took such amazing care of me and my husband. He was so professional and patient with me as I got my information together. After I spoke to the detective and found out we didn't need a bail bond anymore, Alex careful explained the process to me and told me I could get my refund! If I ever have to go through a bail bonds again I will ONLY use Delta and I pray Alex is there because he was the best to work with. He was such a blessing in my time of need. I had never used a bond company before last week and my experience with Delta Bail Bonds was not good. I went to Delta to post bail for a friend. I paid them cash and was told to call back in 45 minutes to see if the application had been approved. When I called back I was told I would need to have a family member co-sign, more verification, etc. I requested a refund since they would not post the bail. They said I would have to come back the next day between 11am and 4pm to get the refund. In the mean time, my friend is transferred and it cost an additional $150 to post their bail. After I picked
