Hands down the best 10th birthday surprise for my princess!!!! I talked to Nanette from the moment I inquired for a quote right here on Yelp. She's so sweet and helpful a long this stressful party planning for my daughter to Disneyland.
The limo arrived and instantly it surprised me too!! Beyond my expectations. I thought I was just going to get a regular stretch limo.....no. no. no. Nanette had other plans and I LOVED it.....Lincoln MKZ stretch limo my goodness. Our driver Michael was a gem! So helpful kind and God fearing. We knew we were in good hands as soon as he arrived.

I hardly ever write reviews and had to write one in this case, especially for the fantastic driver DEBRA! Our recent limo service for my mother in-laws birthday went great, my MIL had a wonderful time and kept complementing how great the limo was as well as our driver. The entire office staff really tried their best to make up for my awful wedding day experience, and I have to say, they did great this time around. I would definitely use them again for future events (Just make sure if it's during summer time, the air works before taking any long trips!)

I used showcase limousine for our wedding in September. The driver showed up on time and was very friendly. The limo was nothing spectacular and smelled of cigarette smoke.
A few days after the wedding we notice a charge of $109 on our account. We were never notified we were being charged over time (we did acknowledge we went over our time a little, but not $109 worth).
After 2 weeks of not hearing why we were charged, I called showcase for an explanation (Saturday). The lady I spoke to said it was part of their policy to notify the party of any extra charges or overtime. I was told whoever

Hired showcase limousine for my daughters wedding. When first received a quote we were told it was $400.00 but did not book then later when we booked it (we did wait too long) were told we were quoted $600.00 as it was prom weekend. We had no choice so booked it. When I told them I was paying with a debt card I was told there was a $50.00 fee to use a card. I feel they use an excess card fee to receive only cash as it MAY not be reported as income. The driver was very nice and we had no problems in that area only with the office.

I used Showcase Limousine for a wedding on 04/04/2015 to be taken from the ceremony to the reception site. The car was on time and waiting for us to depart and the driver was friendly.
The towncar was a basic car but nothing spectacular and served its puropse of transportation but my husband wanted the red carpet that is suuposed to be standard and the driver told us he was running late from an airport pickup just before us and didnt have time to go back to the office to get it.
To rectify he offered to stop at the store to get us a bottle of champagne. Well that stop took over 20 minutes while

Arrived early on both ends of a round trip to the San Pedro cruise terminal. Our chauffeur Shannon was great & arrived with a perfect car. This is our third time using Showcase and have no need to use another service. This trip was a nice addition to our cruise. No need to worry about hectic driving and expensive parking! Priceless!

I was so very impressed with the level of service the company provided. My bride and groom used them to pick-up their entire wedding party to take them to the ceremony, then transport them to the reception and then take the bride, groom and parents back home. Needless to say there were many logistics to consider in having two limousines and managing pick-up for 21 people. But I must say the process was seamless. They made my job as a planner much easier. We hired this company to take us to the airport directly after our wedding for our honeymoon flight. We had three hours and the trip should have taken 90 minutes tops as we were driving at 10 pm. Unfortunately, the driver and/or the company were not aware of a scheduled freeway closure so we got stuck going only 2 miles in one hour. The driver did get us to the airport 20 minutes before takeoff and luckily after some begging we were allowed to board. Close call but we were happy to make it. Because I was on a budget and the car service was only for mom & dad, I ordered a town car to pick them up and I was pleasantly surprised the day of with a free upgrade to a stretch limo!
Not only that, but Carrie (the lady who helped me make the reservation), made sure that the limo was decorated with Mother's Day decor and a bottle of champagne. As you can imagine, my parents were surprised and elated, and they had an amazing night out! Their driver

You get what you pay for: SAVE YOUR MONEY. I have no idea what my best friend paid for his wedding black Hummer Limousine yesterday 4/26; but it was very disappointing. No class at all. The drive did not make sure the limo was at a cool level, it was hot and stuffy. She would only turn on the air when she started the engine. So the ride was hot and the circulation was poor. I have rented more then 15 limousine with a variety companies within the last 3-4 years. Some were just ok and some were unbelievably bad and should not be in business. This weekend we used showcase limousine and I have never been happier. They are all about custom service.
