I just called for assistance in finding a Dental Assistant job. I just graduated from school, becoming a Certified Dental Assistant. The lady stated because I have no on the job experience they will not help me, I have to at least have a year of experience.
I think this is a horrible requirement because I have already been having a tough time because I have no experience. It's crazy that a staffing service won't even help you. You spend thousand of dollars becoming license and can't even get an opportunity because you have no experience. HOW CAN YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WHEN NO ONE WILL ALLOW YOU TO
