Each year, more than six million auto accidents leave millions of people injured and facing uncertain recovery. The cost of this recovery can be staggering. It is often up to the injured party to pay for the other driver's negligence. Our firm believes that costs such as care, convalescence, and recovery should be borne by those who deserve the blame - not just the person who was hurt.
Buying or selling a business is complicated. You must negotiate agreements to make sure no-one is taking advantage of you. You must comply with government rules and regulations. You must review and understand the loan and/or mortgage documents necessary for financing the transaction. Every sale or purchase is unique and presents its own challenges.
Whether you are starting a new business or have been operating for years, corporations, limited liability companies (LLCs), and certain partnerships can provide peace of mind while maintaining flexibility. When operating a business as a sole proprietor, you are personally liable for all debts of the business.

Amazing! Brian Cagle is awesome! I found him through Google when Chris Ferry's office wouldn't return our calls like they promised. How blessed we were to find him. He was professional, courteous and handled all our needs as if we were his only client! Heather is also amazing. She answered all our questions and had Brian reach out to us himself if she couldn't answer them. This office knows what they are doing and it shows!
