Southern Hospitality Professional Bartenders & Servers was founded in the Tampa Bay area in 2006, with a mission to help our clients celebrate all of their special and once in a lifetime events. So often, we witnessed hosts and hostesses spending so much time serving and cleaning up after their guests that they didn't have time to truly enjoy the celebration themselves.

My name is Christine Bretana, the founder of Southern Hospitality Professional Bartenders & Servers (SoHo), a practical, cost effective solution to provide you and your family an opportunity to enjoy your special event and not in the kitchen doing all the party work. Our service is designed to eliminate the high level of stress and headache related to executing an event.
Adjust the amounts accordingly for more or fewer guests and for any specialty drinks or a particular theme you have in mind for the bar. These amounts provide for the general varieties of commonly made drinks at an open bar. Your Personal Event Specialist can help you create a customized shopping list for liquor, mixers, and garnishes for the types of drinks or theme you have in mind.
I was referred to your company by my friend Anthony Mering at Simple Weddings. I had almost 100 people for a Halloween party. The people who were sent to work this party were amazing. When asked by the Southern Hospitality to rate them with 5 being the best, I responded 7. My guests remarked at the service they provided (bartender and server) and believe me having their services made my party.

Unfortunately was not a positive experience. All the servers were late, no text or call when the server with a car full of food was lost for an hour. Christine listened to feedback appreciatively to make potential improvements, but I cannot recommend them. Not the stress free wedding day I was hoping for.

I would absolutely recommend Southern Hospitality for any event! We had 1 bartender for our wedding this past weekend and she was great! All the guests were happy with the fast and professional service. She even saved the last of the white wine for me before we ran out!! We contacted Southern Hospitality after our initial bartender with another company had double booked. Christine was able to get me scheduled in one day!! I would definitely recommend this company!!
