Peter served as a law clerk for the Honorable Elizabeth W. Pine, Associate Justice of the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Department, and as an extern law clerk to the Honorable David R. Homer, Federal Magistrate, Northern District of New York.

Attorney Craig Peterson previously served as Chief Appellate Court Attorney with the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Department for more than 30 years, retiring in 2016. In that role, he reviewed cases submitted to the Appellate Division and made resolution recommendations to the Court.
Julianna Parmenter is our Lead Paralegal and supports the attorneys with all phases of business, employment, and private matter litigations. She is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of St. John Fisher College with a bachelor's degree in political science and legal studies.
She excelled as a law student at Ohio Northern University, Pettit College of Law before joining The Glennon Law Firm, P.C. Julianna previously interned with the New York State Attorney General, Consumer Frauds Bureau.

Non-responsive, over-priced, no transparency with billing. Frank was very unsupportive and never seemed to be on our side. He also gave very bad advice. Look at different lawyers, this firm's hourly rate is well above average for the area. I would give no stars if it was an option. Thanks for kicking us while we were down.
