Stewwie was awesome!!! They said 15 minutes, but seems like I was still looking at my phone when he pulled up! We were like a NASCAR pit crew! I rolled my trailer up on the block and by the time I had the spare to him, the bad tire was off. By the time I threw the bad tire in the bed of the truck, the spare was on! Rolled off the block and I think the bill write up was longer than the tire change, not complaining. Great price for more than great service. Thanks, Stewwie! Dalton Motors should be PROUD! Was stuck there begining Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend. Only place that opened on Columbus day. Dropped car off that morning, and they were very busy. They told me what the exact problems were late Monday afternoon and that they were backed up 2 weeks. I explained my disposition (traveling across country and stuck since Friday) and he told me he would try to get it out next day. Out by 11 on Tuesday, price was VERY reasonable (I'm in the business myself). There was a minor flaw with the repair which was immediately taken care of, out of town Wednesday morning. Arrived in Wislow on a Thursday night with a lack of power/Turbo boost on my 2012 Ford F-350.
Woke up Friday morning and called the local Ford dealer and was told "at least a week" before they could even look at it.
Saw Dalton Automotive right across the street from where I was staying and walked in to explain the issue. John (the owner I believe) and Manuel a technician were standing in the office and listened and agreed to take a look.
Turns out a Turbo intercooler pipe had a slit in it.
I had the part in my trailer "just in case" because I read they were notorious for going bad and leaving

I was struggling to find anyone in town who would do a quick tire repair for me as I picked up a nail on the road and don’t live in the area. When I walked in to Dalton I could tell they were busy at the end of the day and had every reason to say “no” just like everyone else. But they found a way to say yes. They pulled it right in and I was on my way again shortly after. Huge thanks to the Dalton team, especially Manuel who was done for the day and headed out and volunteered to take my vehicle. I appreciate your kindness and appreciate you getting me on the road again.

These ladies and gentleman are very friendly trained to get paid what they need. Owner and father before him r awesome. We miss his dad but he retired. Must be nice. I got a long way to go but will still stay busy. Keep get r done.

Had my bumper and spoiler replaced on my 2010 Toyota Corolla. They sure did very good job. I paid the deductible and my insurance paid off the rest of the bill!

We broke down in our motorhome while visiting Homolovi State Park. Dalton Motors had a tow truck at our rig within 30 minutes four call. John(owner) and Manuel were courteous and professional. These folks are truly good people and worked hard to diagnose and repair our rig. The RV runs great and the cost of the repairs was more than fair and far less than I expected. If you have car (or RV) trouble in the Winslow, AZ area, this is the place to call. As a side note, I am a DIY person who has worked on his own vehicles for many, many years. These guys are legit. I locked my keys in the car & called Dalton Motors to help. They told me it was going to be about an hour or two before someone came. I called an hour later to check if anyone was on their way. They said "oh do you still want us to send someone out?". I was mad, however someone finally came after 15 mins. The guy was really nice & unlocked my door.

This shop did us a big favor! We were traveling through when we noticed our front bumper on our Ford truck was about to fall off. They helped us immediately to reattach our bumper and we were on our way in 20 minutes. Couldn't have been nicer and most definitely recommend this shop!!

Probably the best outcome from a cruddy situation. Traveling between Gallup N.m and Phoenix Az. My truck with 30ft gooseneck trailer attached stopped running at the Maverick in Winslow AZ. I called Dalton Motors and spoke with Jack on the phone. I was needing my truck towed to a Flagstaff Gmc dealer. He let me know he could tow them both at the same time. Jack said he could have someone there in 10-15 minutes. Sure enough within that time frame John showed up. John was very thorough with hooking up my truck and personable on the way to Flagstaff. USAA referred me to Dalton Motors after my tire got shredded on I-40 outside of Holbrook. We got towed and had to stay the night. The next day, no tire shops in town had our tire. Dalton showed up to tow us out to Flagstaff. On both occasions, Chuck was our driver. He went above and beyond offering to call his friends in the area to see if they could help us out. I locked my keys in my car and Verizon road assistance contacted them to help me. I was in Holbrook n they came out from Winslow. Angel from the shop got me back into my car in no time & was very professional & nice!! Thank you guys for rescuing me

The customer service was great, the tow guy was very friendly and nice. They were very prompt arriving to us from Winslow to were are car wouldn't start in Chamber - about 40 minutes away.

Problem here was the drivers lead foot. Drove scary fast, I was closing my eyes and praying the whole time. Please slow down for everyone's safety.

I was travelling back to Albuquerque, NM, from a trip to Flagstaff, AZ with my son. He's a football player & he's being recruited by Northern Arizona University. So, this was a big trip for my son.

The event(s) went well & we started our 340 Mile Trek back to Albuquerque. About 10 miles West of Winslow, AZ on Interstate I-40, we lost the Surpentine Belt on our GMC Suburban. We called my Insurance Company for Roadside Assistance. Farmer's Insurance also did a great job (see the review). They contacted a Motor/Tow Company in Winslow.

Great experience with this company. We were on vacation and didn't know where to go when we needed repair. Our roadside assistance set us up with their towing service and we decided to use their repair shop as well. The tow truck driver was great. The owner went out of his way to find the part we needed and get in there in time to help us get home when we needed to. Even arranging to have the work completed on a Saturday (they are not open on Sat.). Car problems far from home always stink, but it probably couldn't have went any better thanks to the extra effort they gave to help
