More than just an excellent facility, our residents and staff are always coming up with fun things to do! Skilled nursing care is designed for individuals who cannot care for themselves due to physical, emotional or mental conditions. People recovering from a serious injury or illness may need these services to regain their strength and independence.
With guidance from you, your family and your physician, we are dedicated to providing individualized, person-centered care. Our skilled nurses and experienced licensed therapists are committed to helping you maximize your health and happiness with the goal of returning you to your home and lifestyle.
The design of the Memory Care promotes safety and independence. Our primary goal is to form a community among the staff, residents and the residents' families. We make every effort to recreate props and surroundings to help your loved one connect with their past memories. Your loved one will find peace and comfort in our outdoor sitting area, created to help bring calm and a touch of good times past.
Assisted Living at The Lutheran Home is the ideal choice for seniors who need long or short term help with daily living. Assisted Living is also an alternative for individuals whose primary caregivers need to be out of town. Families can rest assured that their loved ones are taken care of. We offer 24-hour supervision and have a Licensed Practical Nurse on duty five days a week.
Home Health services provided by The Lutheran Home are designed for individuals living in their own home who need medically necessary care. Patients often improve greatly after an illness or injury if they receive medical care in their own home. Our goal is to provide quality care in our patients' homes, enabling them to receive medical care there instead of having to leave their home to receive those services.

Caring staff! Great therapists! Fun activities! My grandmother had 2 stays at Lutheran Home when she needed help and couldn't stay on her own. She enjoyed getting to know the staff that treated her like family, working with the therapists and participating in the fun activity programming that helped to fill her days with friendship.
