Dons Mobile Glass

Tried to order replacement windows but after leaving several messages…and emails, I am done! Business must be very good for them these days…I will search elsewhere.

Needed the forward radar sensor on 2019 reset and calibrated. Honda refused to reset it since the vehicle was a salvage. Don't performed the operation quickly and for a reasonable price. Very nice clean shop.

Workmanship excellent, priced competitively, would have given 5 stars, but when I called back after the work was finished with an issue, was told, nothing they could do, that was what I picked out. I was willing to pay to make a minor modification. I fixed the issue myself with an $11 part from home depot.

Can't say enough about Don's. My car got broken into, and after safelight quoted me a back roll up window the same price as my insurance deductible ( cray ) I shopped around. I called about 11 am; window was in stock and I was on my way by 1 pm. They were fast, efficient, budget friendly and their Scenic location is beautiful. They had snack and drinks in waiting room and their location was spotless. Ty! As a woman it is intimidating going into these places on your own without feeling haggled, or overcharged and I didn't feel one once of that . Thank you for making this experience

Recently, I had a tech show up at my home to repair a window seam strip that came loose and not only did I receive great customer service, Jose (tech) delivered and no charge. He went above and beyond the call to handle the repair and fixed with ease. I highly recommend Jose from Don's Mobile Glass for any window needs.

I have always had them for other projects and they have always done above and beyond there staff is always top drawer. Five stars dont seem enough for the services and product I have recivied.

Caught a nasty chip on my way home from work, managed to make it over to Dons a little before they closed as everybody else's quotes were outrageous. Thankfully, I was lucky enough to get paired with Chris as he was there to greet me at the gate. Really outgoing and professional. Managed to make it out of there in less than an hour. More then satisfied with my choice to come this way, they need more Chris's out there. Will definitely be back.

I called last minute on a Saturday, they got me in pretty fast. Everyone was very nice and really helpful. I would highly recommend.

I live in Santa Cruz and was having a hard time finding someone to do a window replacement and calibration. I grew up seeing Don's mobile everywhere in the central valley so i went to them.
I'm so glad i did! Very nice guys, even gave me a ride so i didn't have to get an Uber. Did a great job on replacing my window. Very friendly phone staff took care of everything with my insurance and had great communication every step of the way.

This place is the nicest glass place around. They handle all glass needs, including cabinets. Tiffanie and the staff here are hands down the best.

Never responded to our call for a quote after 3 attempts. Good to know they're busy enough to not take my calls but all new windows in my house will be done by someone else. Thanks!

Had my windshield replaced 6 months ago and the tech lost a piece of trim that covers the wires that go to the mirror, I let there secretary know that something was missing, they took some pics and said they are having a problem finding a replacement, I went to Modesto Nissan and talked with the parts manager and he said it should be part of the mirror assembly kit but was possibly no longer available as it was a 1 year only option for the loaded model and told me to have dons auto glass call him, dons auto glass decided that they will just buy a new mirror and guess what

Great experience. Very courteous (and cute) front desk gal. Very comfortable chairs made the wait time fly by. Complimentary coffee and bottled water. Great job on new windshield installation on my 03 Silverado.

Don's mobile glass is a step above the rest of the glass companies. They went above and beyond to help us with our glass replacement. We wanted to keep our vehicle as original as possible and they made that happen. If your looking for a company who truly cares about their customers then you have found the right company. I have had bad experiences in the past with other companies but I haven't had one thing go wrong since I made the switch to Don's Mobile Glass. Customers for life!!!

I had heard great things about this place, but I did not have the best experience. I took my Mercedes benz there last week to get the windshield replaced. The car had to be left all day because they currently only have one person available to calibrate the windshields. The issue I had was my car was clean, but upon picking up the car, there was a white residue all over my navigation, instrument panel, and in my cup holders as well. I was in a rush so I didn't have time to go back inside and point it out, but I did call the receptionist and informed her of it. To top it off, my insurance company

Not a quality repair. Drove 1.5 hrs due to insurance and Honda demanding we use this group, and windows were not done right. Now have to return for more work. Plus found damage to plastic truck bed trim where they had to remove sections to replace back window assembly. Front office staff are nice, but techs are rough. Sliding window not even squared up.

Had next day service after speaking to Vicky (very nice and helpful
). Aram came to our house to install a new windshield. He was courteous and efficient! Highly recommend!

Just had a new and much-needed glass shower surround installed a few days ago and today had a new window put in. From start to finish, our experience with Don's Mobile Glass was so professional, work impeccably done, and truly satisfactory on price and timeliness. We thought they just dealt with automobiles but clearly they are experts in so much more!👍..Thank you for everything, we are so happy!

Zero stars. Scheduled an appointment on the phone with them and the insurance company on a 3 way phone call last week for an appointment today, they were supposed to be here between 1:00pm and 5:00pm today. Nobody called, nobody showed up. Called and they were less than helpful, there "was no appointment on their system" Response was pretty much "too bad, everyone has gone home for the day" How unprofessional.
