I've been visiting this location for awhile now and I have nothing but good things to say. Dr. Spriggs has helped me twice with dental emergencies, very quickly with no complaints. The dental hygienists are also great. I believe Amanda has take care of me on multiple occasions to give me quick and stress less cleanings, xrays, etc.

I had perfect customer service beginning the night before my appointment! Yes, around 9pm one of the staff answered all my questions, coordinated my care and had me all set for my appointment via text. When I actually showed up, the excellent customer service did not decline from check in to check out. Dr. Sprigger carefully described my treatment plan with detail and ease of understanding. I really like it here!

Quality of dental procedure is horrendous. I had a side filling that was NOT in bad shape. During regular cleaning, the practitioner must find out more business. So, he advised to change the filling. When he did, he did an extremely poor job. Previously the side was nicely filled, now the "new" fill has created a bigger side hollow. Find a skillful dentist. Don't come here.

Office was very clean and the staff were very friendly! After not having a cleaning for quite some time, I expected a little discomfort but there was NONE. My hygienist Kristyn, was very thorough and very gentle on my teeth and gums. I had no discomfort at all and left with bright and polished smile!

The staff is always friendly and greets you with a smile. I overpaid for a procedure an the doctor actually wrote me a check to reimburse me while I was in the off. Now I must say that is excellent customer service, additionally I was early for my visit and they took me back early so I was done even faster. I love, Dr. Bolin!
