My husband had a ring made for me to compliment my engagement ring. I was disappointed in how it looked but the jeweler who crafted it (not a Harrington's employee) said he could not make it look less chunky. I put the ring away and chalked it up as a loss.
Recently I took my engagement ring to Harrington's to have prongs inspected. I took the ring I had not worn to ask about re-doing it so it would actually compliment my engagement ring.

We went in, at 10 am on Christmas Eve to see if, by any chance, they could custom add a stone to a ring my son had gotten for his girlfriend. David Ernster did it on the spot and my son was thrilled. They also, repaired a necklace for us at the same time. We were out in less than 45 minutes, having spent less than a $100 for all they did. The service they provide is beyond exceptional and the quality of the work they do and jewelry they sell is superb.

I would not recommend this jeweler. They failed us multiple times.

I would avoid these incompetent jewelers, we had taken are ring for repair. The ring was 18k! The jeweler deeply and very poorly gouged 14k into the the ring. I had the ring tested again by a competent jeweler and the ring is absolutely 18k gold , just as the certificate Authenticity reads, what a disappointing experience with M J Harrington. I would not take any jewelry of value or anything you care about to these careless jewelers. I can’t believe how long we had to wait for are ring and the terrible job they did😂

I took a very old engagement ring to be cleaned and make sure it was sturdy enough to be worn again. It needed some repairs. Took about 3 weeks, but I was told that to start so that was ok. The ring looked beautiful when I got it back. Almost like a different ring. It had always been so dirty that I thought it was dark colored between the stones!

We had an amazing experience with David and the whole staff at M.J. Harrington. They walked me through a number of style options for a man's ring, helped me pick a look that was a combination of a couple I saw there, and had the old ring made into the new one. I ordered a new watch band a few weeks ago. I picked up the new watch band today. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The staff member helping me was very helpful. She installed the new watch band and made adjustments to the new watch band to ensure my watch fit perfectly. I appreciated her professionalism and attention to detail.

First time customer and not impressed. They never provided me a time frame for when my jewelry should arrive nor did they inform me when it had arrived. I had to keep calling them rather than the business notifying me. The first employee I spoke with sounded like she hated her job and customers, however, thankfully the second lady was polite and helpful but again I had to call and track down my order.

Great quality work and they will do anything to keep your business. I have had many pieces of jewelry fixed here and they come out perfectly and the customer service is wonderful. I know they stand by their work and told me that if I had any problems that I shouldn't hesitate to return which made me very confident about the quality of their work.
