Solar battery backup: With solar batteries, you maximize your ability to use the electricity generated by your solar panels on a day-to-day basis. When you need more electricity than your solar panels are producing, for example later in the day or at nighttime, you can use the solar energy you have stored.
With our in-house electricians, Sandbox Solar can complete a variety of electrical related services. We can provide ongoing solar operations and maintenance using best practices derived from our foundational experience. Submit as much information you can give us about your issue. We could not be happier with our experience with Sandbox Solar. Ian, GJ and AJ were great through the entire process. They are a smaller company that has provided us with exceptional customer service. Ian was always available to answer questions on the phone, through text, or email. Their installation crew was friendly and professional. Not only did Sandbox Solar have a better price, but other companies told us the process would take 4-6 months, and Sandbox Solar had our system up and producing energy in less than a month! We would highly recommend them if you are considering going solar.

We live in Evans and after a bad hailstorm needed roof repairs but the company that leases us our solar panels wouldn't come out to remove them for the roofers until next summer. I called and spoke with GJ at Sandbox, he was so helpful and I got an estimate from him for my insurance company the same day. He put us on their schedule for the very next week. There were some delays due to working with the roofers and the weather and GJ always kept me in the loop, and still finished the project in a reasonable timeframe. If I ever need help with my solar panel array again, this company is the only one

Sandbox installed a large complex residential system for me (14.4kW with dual inverters, an EV charger and a double battery system) and all ended up working great. The installation was done very professionally and cabled very neatly, and sandbox did a good job getting the permits/approvals without issue from the city and utility company. Enjoyed working with Ian (co-founder) and their employees were pleasant and friendly (and hard working).
There were some hiccups with the battery install due to the some special cabling requirements (due to the size of our system) that were not correctly documented

Sandbox Solar did an Outstanding job removing and reinstalling my 34 panel set up. They’re on time and dedicated to quality work. Very knowledgeable and Really quick to respond to any questions or concerns throughout the whole process, also well versed in the absurdities of insurance claims.
