Allen is best there is in the business!! He didn’t know me from Adam when I first become a customer & yet he was the most honest mechanic I’ve ever met. He has saved me so much money on my three vehicles now that I can’t even begin to thank him.

Called in to schedule an appointment to fix a grinding sound in my brakes, brought it in 20 minutes after calling. They put my car on a lift & it turned out to just be a pebble stuck in the brakes
A small fix, but they solved my brake issue within 1 hr after calling & did it free of charge.

These guys are amazing. I am on a road trip with my family and brought my car in just before they closed on Monday night because I was having break issues. They told me they would work on my car first thing the next morning. Sure enough, I looked out my hotel window at 7:55 the next morning and saw that they were pulling my car in the garage. I got a call about an hour later that it was done. They saved our family's trip, and prices were very reasonable. Thank you!

Truck wouldn't start in Walmart parking lot. Walmart gave me the name and phone number of Modern Repair. They came in 20 minutes and towed 1 mile to their shop and immediately began diagnosing the problem which was a bad fuel pump. Replaced it along with the relay an fuel filter. So since I was out of state an trying to get to Montana that day they had me on the road so I could get to my destination. Service was excellent an I highly recommend!

We were on vacation last week and needed an oil change and tire rotation. I called Modern Repair and they were able to fit me in the very next morning. On and adventure with my elderly mother and my car starts making this horrible sound!!!!!! I was referred to modern repair, ( thank goodness) these people are awesome!!!! What I thought would be a quick fix turned out to be a lot more! But Alan and his staff really did care if we made it home and did all the repairs for us. Not only did they do the repairs , but offered to find us a rental car and even pick up some lunch for us. The rates are really reasonable as well. Can't say enough about the help given and the over the top customer service! Pulling a travel trailer and the tire went flat. Got on yelp and found this place. They went over and above what I have ever experienced. He ended up having to straighten my axle that was bent in three places, put on two new tires and a spare. He stayed in constant communication with me. He gave me his personal cell phone and the repairs were done in a very timely manner. We had a tire blow out on Hwy 212, a hundred miles away, and limped in on a donut spare five minutes before closing time. Our tire size was unusual but they had a good used one on hand and stayed open to put it on for us at a very reasonable price. Such nice guys, too.

Very good service, and the young lady who runs the office was extremely nice. The repairs were done faster than quoted, and done well. Even though my bill was paid by someone else, the rate charged seemed very fair.

Recently made an appointment for my wifes suv at this shop. Received a courtesy call reminding me of the appointment one day prior to dropping off the vehicle. Received a message before noon that the work had been completed and that the vehicle was ready to pick up. How pleasantly surprised we were to find that the total bill was considerably lower then the estimated price. So nice to know that someone in the automotive repair business still works hard, is courteous, knowledgeable, professional and doesn't take advantage of their customers. I'm not sure anyone has had a worse roadtrip than I did in December. Starting with a bad alternator and ending with what I would generously call a 'crash' anything that could go wrong with my truck seemed to.

My boyfriend and I were driving from CA to MN and had a blown out tire about 50 miles from the shop. They stayed open for us as we had to get a tow and they were the only shop within 100 miles that had someone picking up the phone. The car is a bmw with run flat tires and although they were a bit wary of tires they didn't have experience with; they completed the job and did well. Their rates are incredibly reasonable and they totally saved our vacation. They also made me feel comfortable and at home as I am pregnant and gave me a cozy place to sit and relax.
