After been in management for 3 weeks I was told by the director,, that the owner want to part ways?. I was never given any reason as to why I was let go. The owner never had the decency to speak to me face to face. He had the Director do his dirty work. Very poorly run business. Beware anyone looking for a career with this company, job security is not a priorit. to them.
PS: be aware of the owners right hand person Barb, if she don't like you she will have you fired.

This place is a joke, the care givers are supposed to help care for the patients but they instead act like the patient is supposed to answer to them. The office lady, I think her name is Angie, is the craziest and rudest loon I've ever spoken to. My friend, a patient, has a gardian appointed by the state and care giver from Mt. Shadows who is supposed to assist and keep her company. She talks to and clears all she does through her gardian but Mt. Shadows seems to think she needs to answer to them first which is not how this works. She has been through several different caregivers as they either
