I was pleasantly surprised at the inventory and the prices offered to whole house projects with a builder. Yes, you can find less expensive lighting but from my experience, the less expensive lights I found on-line were cheap looking. The quality and appearance didn’t match what I saw at Seth’s. I had ordered on-line for some lights because they looked great on the internet. When I opened the boxes....I had three deliveries, I was terribly disappointed! The three orders were over $1200 for 3 kitchen pendants, a foyer pendant and a chandelier for my dining room. On top of that, beware of when

Bought some light from them, friendly and over price!! But bought from them since builder referred them, was told items in stock.
Lies, home completed 2 months and lights on back ordered, excuses for everything.
Same lights Ebay $39.00 them $ 139.00+
So if they can't give you item at the moment walk away,
