They did a great job accessing my water damage resulting from a condo above mine that flooded. They remediated the problem quickly, thoroughly and efficiently while documenting everything. The documentation and photographs were very important because I ended up going to court and needed the proof of the extent of the damage and their documentation was fantastic!

Jesse responded promptly to our basement flood and was super helpful and responsive during the entire process. This kind of service is never cheap, but I felt their fees were fair and the quality of their service was high. We're very satisfied with the response and cleanup effort.
Reconstruction took a bit more time than we had hoped, but we understand that contractors are extremely busy this year and we're very satisfied with the quality of the reconstruction work.

My basement got flooded after a late spring freeze. We called 24/7 Flood Response and the next day a technician (Tim G.) came to give us a quote for the drying phase. We hired him right away as he was available right then and his quote was reasonable. He originally thought it would take 3 days to dry but it took 5. In the end, he only charged us for his original quote of 3 days of equipment and labor. He went above and beyond to help us get it ready for the remodel. Highly recommend Tim and 24/7 Flood Response. Outstanding customer service.

Referred after a plumber caused sewage backup. John Guzman did not listen to what we wanted. Still put in floor paneling we didn't want. The color he wanted. The other part of the company that comes out to remove stuff and flood cut didn't remove a section of counters that was damaged from water. Then later John Guzman tried to say it wasn't part of the job. He also demanding to be paid and was texting he'd come to my house or send someone! Weird cuz it was all done through home owners insurance and they don't get paid until it goes through their process which had nothing

I can not say enough about the response and support I got from 24/7 Flood Response in general and London, Tim and Jodie specifically. My bathroom, bedroom and basement flooded after a mishap in tub. London and Tim were here on a Sunday and were so incredibly kind to two senior citizens. They explained everything step by step. Took time to explain in detail what they were going to do and why. The whole team responded really quickly, fixing a water mistake my tenant made and getting things started within a couple hours of my initial call. I did not use their services, but my neighbor did. They ended up pumping raw sewage from that neighbor's house into another neighbor's ditch in Brier, Wa, causing irreparable harm to our watershed, fish and wildlife, and creating a disgusting mess. This company acted recklessly with utter disregard for others and our environment. I hope no one gives them any business and they are fined heavily for this disgusting act.

Do not use this company for asbestos. Vincent came out to give us an estimate on an abatement of HVAC elbow with suspected asbestos in our crawl space. He looked at it and told my husband the job was so small that he wouldn't need a permit and it would be easy. When we got his quote back, we were floored that it was almost $2,000 when our HVAC company told us it should be around $400. The 24/7 quote included so much new gear and supplies that It felt like we were going to be the suckers who might find their limited work in asbestos. I called Vince to let him know the quote was much higher

We have used them 3 different times in the past 3 years to clean up water damage. Done Plumbing was here the first time to replace a broken outside front faucet which caused water to collect in crawl space. They recommended 24/7. We have had two other water problems since and we always call 24/7. Prices are reasonable and they do a fantastic clean up.

I should start out saying that this company was recommended to me from two trusted people I know, one in real estate and the other who flips houses (both of whom will also no longer be using this company) as a company who can deal with mold issues. We had a pipe that leaked and the plumber thought he saw some mold so we wanted to deal with that immediately. It should be noted that this property was a rental unit and I along with my husband am the owner. The company was very quick

Upon discovering that our kitchen sink line had cracked in our crawl space our great plumber - 5 Star Plumbing - referred us to 24/7 Flood Response. Very happy they did! Jesse Gayton led the team from 24/7 in a massive cleanup of over 500 gallons of liquid and food waste in a timely fashion. I was amazed at the commitment, professionalism and… service with a smile he provided while working in some of the most trying conditions I've ever seen. Our experience with 24/7 Flood Response was amazing! We had an outside faucet freeze and didn't find out about it until after 3 days of the swamp cooler running ! The crawl space was flooded and we were freaking out. Within an hour of our call Vincent came out to evaluate the situation, gave us a quote and began the process of removing the… water. Follow up visits to check on the progress of emptying the water and then setting up dehumidifiers, and finally removing debris from the space. All techs were so nice and knew what they were doing. They worked with me very well on times to come

This company spent 5 days trying to dry my carpet. I asked from day 1 that if the carpet could not be dried and left odor free then I preferred to remove the carpet. They pulled their equipment without a… final walk thru, charged my card without providing me an invoice and now have threatened to LIEN MY PROPERTY if I don't pay them $800, a supposed discount from the original jacked up $1100. I was left with wet stinky carpet and am fighting them on top of it. THE WORST PROFESSIONAL SERVICE EVER.
