One of my favorite spots to indulge after a night out. Very lively and comforting with staff that treat you right. Their desserts are amazing and the drinks they choose to pair with them are spot on. Highly recommend.

Went for brunch. Very friendly. They greeted us with enthusiasm. Shannon was helpful, and I heard another worker singing. Lots to choose from but not overwhelming. I got the breakfast poutine and the hubby got the eggs and biscuit. Food and coffee was hot. We got some baked goods to go. One of our new faves!

We arrived on a Friday with 2 kids and a busy place. But they quickly bussed a table and sat us. I ordered a perfect Manhattan that ended up being perfect. We got the charcuterie board of dessert which is awesome. The apple fritter things were incredible. The service was great, the waitress so sweet and kind to the kids. And she rushed everything so we made our play. This was such a fun experience the kids are already talking about going back.

And the most important part. We asked about walnuts and raisins in the carrot cake. Not allergy, just hate them. And the bakers were almost offended

SUCH good desserts! I'm not one to go out specifically for dessert, or even to order dessert at a restaurant, but some friends recommended this place, so we had to give it a try. Their desserts are so rich and delicious. Some are definitely made for sharing, as they're pretty large. Options include macarons, cake balls, trifles, cake slices, cookies, cannoli, and pop tarts. They also serve alcohol, so you can order wine, spirits, Irish coffee, etc. My personal favorite was the peanut butter trifle!

I went to Caramel with my daughter for Sunday brunch. My first time there and I'm glad we we got there right when they opened at 10am!

I had the "fully loaded" breakfast: Bacon, sausage, shredded cheddar cheese and scrambled eggs with your choice of hollandaise or white country gravy on a bed of open face biscuits. It was good - but I kind of wish I had gone with my first choice of Homefry Poutine: Seasoned homefries, applewood smoked bacon, shredded cheddar cheese with your choice of chicken gravy or white country gravy, topped with over easy eggs and drizzled with hollandaise

Love, love, love! This little shop is the perfect destination for something sweet! I went after dinner for a dessert cocktail and treat. I couldn't decide on which home-made dessert I wanted (because everything looked so good), so I went with the fall charcuterie which was a sampler of mini desserts! I enjoyed them all! I also shared with others, since it is plenty big.

The espresso martini was a perfect accent to the dessert platter. It was rimmed with caramel sauce. Yum! I also enjoyed a fall Moscow mule. I believe it was made with apple cider. Super refreshing!

I will absolutely return

This was a late night run and it was worth it! I needed a sugar fix and that is what I got at the caramel bakery and bar. The macaroons that I had was delicious that cake was decadent.. I will definitely remember this spot when I am in need of a little sweetness for my tooth. I am also going to try and visit to sit down and have a bite and maybe a drink. They do have a dining room if you would like to enjoy your treats there with a little drink or you can take them home like I did. But I will definitely say you need to give them a try.

First time trying out this cute cafe/restaurant, definitely felt good walking in and seeing all the pastries and the staff was very welcoming. I could not make up my mind on what I wanted so the young lady handed me a menu and I chose a table for me and my group and chose the Charcuterie board with carrot cake, apple pie, and so much more, sorry it was just so delicious and my Tea topped it off. Saturday dessert spot !

Amazing and friendly service. Great desserts for reasonable prices. Quite busy and a little loud inside, however I would highly recommend if you are looking for dessert/drinks on Park Ave.

We came in for a late night dessert stop after dinner one night and ordered a bunch of items to try in house and to go. We ate at the bar, but they do have a decent amount of seating throughout the small space (and some outside too). The peanut butter and jelly macaroon stood out to me while eating there, but what really was our favorite was the brown sugar pop tart we had the next morning. OMG wow that was good! You have to get at least one of those. I can definitely see this place being a regular stop for the pop tarts alone. They also have a full coffee and bar setup (kind of random, but cool

Desserts and drinks, do I have to say anything else?? I ordered one of the vegan options they had. They do have vegan options, just ask!! But I tried bits of what my friends ordered and everything was awesome!

I love that they list some of their desserts and give drinks suggestions that pair nicely with it. I also loved our waiter.. he was just upbeat and friendly! I didn't go inside, they made it very easy to sit outside and order. I can't wait to go back and try more. I don't have one bad thing to say about my experience.

It's all about the Brookie!! Half brownie, half chocolate chip cookie and not just any brownie/cookie, like fresh out of the oven, soft gooey delciousness brownie/cookie. I don't know how they do it but their Brookies are always out of the oven delicious even if you save some for the next day. Their cookies are usually equally delicious and their homade poptarts are fun but the Brookie steals the show. If you haven't tried it, it's a must.

We stopped here solely for take out pastry. It was late night so the selection wasn't as good as say earlier in the day. The employees were all friendly. The man who waited on us was super nice. We ordered the last slice of s'mores cake and an eclair. The s'mores cake was delicious and thick frosted. The eclair was so big and very full. It was a heavy pastry. For 4.00 we definitely had our money's worth with that eclair. We spent 7.50 for our dessert and still have leftovers for tomorrow. I consider that pretty reasonable for amazing pastry. Next time I would like

Brunch at Caramel was amazing! Our waitress was so pleasant, charming and accommodating!
We got mimosas- which didnt skimp on the champagne!
The wildberry poptarts were magical! We got the breakfast sandwich with bacon, cheese and egg, which I was able to request crispy bacon on! The Dola's Delight was phenomenal, the pesto and cheesy hasbrown combo *chefs kiss*
The lattes were also well made and everything was so reasonably priced!
Cant wait to go back to try more of their killer menu!!

Finally got to try this cute little place. I LOVED the espresso martini...the caramel inside the glass was a sweet touch. The raspberry lemon cake was good but nothing amazing. Then we had some kind of banana cake and I didn't love it. It tasted a bit dry and the flavor was weird. However I want to go back and try other desserts because they had quite a selection. The espresso martini was one of the best ones I've had in Rochester and I enjoyed the raspberry lemon cake but I would pass on the other cake slice. I think my partner got a brownie and he said it was good. All in all the atmosphere

I went to Caramel Bakery and Bar for the Yelp event.

You can find parking lot on park ave if the parallel parking aren't available. They are close by and easily to miss. You have to look carefully and it's in the building between other two restaurants.

The employees were very friendly and greeting me. I asked them for paper and pen. One of the employees know a bit of signs so he and I signed a bit.

It is very nice that some people know a bit of sign and able to communicate with us.

Meanwhile we wait for the food and coffee. He introduced himself to me, Drew and I introduced myself

Such a cute dessert place! The display case was full of so many goodies that were begging to be eaten, I felt like Alice in Wonderland. I got a chai tea latte as my drink, which was very good and warming. We decided we wanted a nice summery dessert so we chose the Spring Halo. The angel food cake was very soft and delicious. The lemon curd and strawberries added a perfect summer freshness with the ice cream. And the little side of lemon chardonnay sauce was the perfect final touch to the dessert. They also gave homemade sea salt caramels with the check which were AMAZING!

We came for the Yelp elite experience, stayed for the awesome desserts and cocktails! I got a free cannoli and a cappuccino for a Yelp event and it was insanely delicious. The chocolate chip cannoli was velvety smooth with little flavorful chocolate bits and the shell was soft, but firm and crunchy. The cappuccino was authentic and so delicious that it didn't need any sweetener or flavor shots.

My fiancée got a chai tea latté and it was really big and yummy. I also got an espresso martini and she grabbed and extra eclair. The espresso martini was excellent. You can taste the difference

Nom nom nom nom nom!!!!!!! After a day of hiking, we rewarded ourselves with picking up a cannoli & cappuccino AND possibly the most high class Pop Tart ever -- we got the Wild Berry flavor. This shop is ADORABLE and right in the thick of allllll of the fun stuff on Park Avenue -- I can see how fun it would be to go for a dessert and/or drink *after* eating somewhere else first .... you know ... that "I'm not ready to go home yet and end the evening, but the restaurant needs our table for another reservation" feeling? Caramel Bakery would be a PERFECT destination for that! Now

This was our first time visiting Caramel Bakery and Bar and we're so glad we did. It was a perfect spot to spend part of our Valentine's day celebration. The hot chocolate drizzled with caramel was the best. We followed with the Cozy Confection and French Toast Bananas Foster. The Cozy Confection is hot chocolate cheesecake wrapped in toasted meringue and dotted with brownie bites and homemade marshmallows. Sooo clever and tasty. And the Bananas Foster has a cream cheese icing, sauteed bananas, vanilla ice cream and is drizzled in caramel. We didn't catch the name of our server but she's the owner

Love this hidden bakery and bar on park ave. The place looks tiny on the outside but when you walk in it's very open and spacious with mirrors. It is also very contemporary with teal and wood decor and with a splash of art everywhere. The bar is what you first see but behind a sheer curtain there's a whole dining section.

I came here after eating a big brunch looking just to have a drink. The menu is perfect - brunch- cocktails - coffee and unique bakery items. Items are reasonably priced and everything I tried very tasty.

What I liked best was the vibe the place holds and gives off

We stopped at Caramel Bakery for dessert after a delicious dinner elsewhere on Park Ave. and I'm so in love with this bakery. There's both indoor and a little outdoor seating. The restaurant is clean and of course tables are socially distant. We decided on the vegan peanut butter and jelly cake and the caramel trifle.

The vegan peanut butter and jelly cake was sooooo good!! The flavor is more complex than most cakes. I don't know how to describe it. It reminds me of a fall cake with it's decadent peanut butter and bright jelly but I don't know why I tasted cinnamon?!

Amazing. The deserts were top notch. I had a cookies and cream cheese cake and it was delicious! Combo that with the most incredible hot chocolate I've ever had, scrumptious! Service was good, the only "bad" thing I have to say about this place is that it's a small place. However, they accommodate best they can and honestly doesn't really detract from anything, so something you can easily overlook. I'd highly recommend this place as a "after dinner date" desert joint to take your date too! Very hipster as well! I loved it!

This place was amazing. My belly is so happy tonight! We had a caramel apple vodka mule and Baileys coffee. Next the kielbasa and apple poutine arrived. And finally a chocolate stout cake with pumpkin cream. Each thing was incredibly delicious. Additionally, one of the owners, Mark, served us and he was very kind and personable—just the kind of person we want to see running small local business!

Excellent service and scrumptious desserts!! The menu had many twists on familiar favorites. We did not get the charcuterie board but saw several go by and they too looked excellent and of good size. The drinks are fun and creative! Rochester has needed this!! So excited to support another great small business!
