When I was half-way through my undergraduate studies with a major in mathematics and statistics, I met chiropractor, Dr. Turley in San Antonio, Texas. He was very enthusiastic about his profession, and he seemed to be quite happy with his job. After doing research into how and why chiropractic works, I became convinced that this was the career for me.

The following videos contain exercises and/or stretches that you can do at home. It is strongly encouraged that you try these so that you can prevent further injuries from occurring. It's a great way to strengthen your spine as well. Here is a short video showing a couple of different neck exercises to do at home to help prevent neck injuries.

In my humble opinion, based on my personal experiences, this is the best chiropractor's medical facility in town. Dr. Campbell has been simply outstanding, superbly educated, patient, gentle and sincerely caring about my well-being. Dr. Morgan Rovetti has been beyond wonderful in assisting me with my recovery. Vanessa Comer, Massage Therapist has been simply excellent. She really is the best massage therapist in town. The entire staff has been at most professional, friendly, warm and caring.
