The client expressed their desire to renovate the entire existing interior layout with the exception of the existing stairwell and some walls and ceiling surfaces. A defined circulation pattern was created throughout the entire house. Massive structural work was required to remove the existing weight bearing walls and post in order to open up the first level floor plan.
Morse Custom Homes and Remodeling clients, Steve and Lorraine Smith, sit down with owner Marty Morse and discuss their experience at the conclusion of their home renovation project. Their scope included converted two bedrooms into a new master bedroom suite, raising a sunken living room floor, a kitchen and hall bathroom upgrade, and miscellaneous work throughout the hallway.

We wanted to add an outdoor room to the back of our house. Morse Custom Homes and Remodeling helped us design it, and then built it.

And they were very accommodating of my unusual plan that I would build all the cabinetry. I had a very specific vision for the cabinetry so that it would blend well with other furniture pieces I had built earlier for the master bedroom.
The guest bath was a standard shower-in-a-tub design. We wanted the tub removed and a stall shower built in its place. The master bath had a small stall shower and
