We are providers for many insurance plans to ensure you have the lowest possible treatment fee and the highest insurance reimbursement. We value your time greatly. Our time is not more important than yours, and we will work our hardest to accommodate your busy schedule. We even have early morning and evening appointments, making your orthodontic treatment as convenient as possible.
Dr. Shane Hodson was born and raised in North Miami Beach. Dr. Shane first became interested in orthodontics in fourth grade when his grandfather, Dr. Malcolm Meister, brought him to his practice on "Take Your Child To Work Day". He realized that an orthodontist not only improves the alignment of teeth, but also enhances the patient's facial appearance and self-confidence.
Dr. Mal Meister opened his orthodontic practice in North Miami Beach in 1960, and provided high quality care to the neighborhood for 30 years.
Dr. Meister received recognition for his positive influence on patients and the Profession of Orthodontics in the state of Florida when elected as president of the Florida Association of Orthodontists, inducted into the the American Board of Orthodontics, the American College of Dentists, and the International College of Dentists.

We know how hard it is to manage a busy schedule, especially when you have to wait in Aventura traffic. Our office is conveniently located in the Shoppes of Skylake in North Miami Beach, just blocks from City Hall and Greynolds Park. The office is easy to access, especially during high traffic times, by simply driving through our surrounding neighborhoods.

I scheduled an appointment for my daughter to fix a previous treatment with Invisalign that was done in another office. Dr. Shane and his team treat all of their patients like family, all questions answered, Doctor makes it a priority to spend time with patients, I saw a very happy patient taking pictures with him after her braces were removed today. He even took the time to go out and speak to her mom. All covid precautions taken seriously, beautiful and neat office ! The process to fill out paper work is easy and done online before your appointment. My daughter was happy with the friendly atmosphere

For decades my teeth resembled half open mini blinds, like a compass, some faced south and some north, east and west. my Periodontist refereed Hodson and Meisters. It’s been an amazingly pleasant experience. Great financing options and affordable costs. Dr Shane and his staff are professional, courteous and attentive to my needs and concerns during the process. Took me a year or so to get my pearly whites back together again, and they super follow up to make sure they don’t get out of line 😁 I recommend them highly to anyone looking for orthodontics work.

I came to Dr. Shane because my son needed to be seen by an Orthodontist, so my insurance referred me to him. I searched for him on yelp but didn't find him, I did found him on Google, and I was glad to see that he had great reviews. Everyone on the reviews were spot on, I have to say he is so professional and knowledgeable and really really kind.
Andrea his assistant is very sweet as well.
I am thankful that my insurance referred me to him.
His prices for braces are really reasonable as I have been to other Orthodontist to compare prices as my son needs braces.

Hudson and Meister are the best in the business, Dr Shane and Andrea are committed to patients safety, to offer great service and accommodated my schedule. The staff is super friendly very professional and goes above and beyond to help with all our needs. And to top it all they are always one phone call away and the waiting time is minimal. This is the best orthodontist office! Excellent providers and Fun and friendly staff. Very accommodating for scheduling appointments. My kids love coming for their follow ups. The vibe is very relaxed and they really take the time to explain the process to the kids. So far, the results have been great. Shane, Andrea and all the staff always welcome us like family. I have told everyone I know to bring their kids here.

Friendly and excellent service!! ♥️ I began my orthodontic treatment with them about 1 month ago. Surprisingly my teeth have shifted properly and very quickly (in just a month)!!The staff is amazing, kind, efficient, and very dedicated with their work. 100% recommended. The doctor is highly devoted to every patient. In fact, they have a specific plan for every patient, they offer payment plans, and their wait times are very short since they work arduously to maintain a harmonious environment ⭐️This is the best place you can find in Miami to have a beautiful and healthy smile!!
