Need to access online paperwork, timesheet, insurance info, the handbook, pay stubs, etc? Log into the employee portal to find what you're looking for. As an ESSG employee, you will qualify for holiday pay after working 1000 regular hours during the previous 183 days before the holiday. To receive holiday pay you must be on a current assignment.
I highly recommend this place. They immediately made me feel right at home. And, they seem to really want to help me find a job. Not to mention, Kyle redid my resume in about ten minutes, and made it look so much better! It's a really great place and again, I highly recommend this place! Great agency to be a part off!

This staffing agency doesn't even deserve the one star required to complete a review.
My wife, a Registered Nurse of 26 years, with an impeccable record, took a position through this company. My wife reported to this agency, namely , Paige... on at least two occasions via email that her supervisor was bullying her and being extremely rude to her for no apparent reason. Paige, nor anyone at this agency would even respond to her concerns. My wife sent a second email approximately one week later and again, no reply. THIS AGENCY SET BACK AND ALLOWED

I must say this agency is the best ever. Thumbs up to Kyle-Paige-Haley in which all of my communication and assignments came through. I’ve worked for them about 4 months and today was offered a permanently position with the company. Surprisingly, it’s in another department with advancement opportunities. I have been to many staffing agencies both in Little Rock and in Pine Bluff. This is perhaps the first time I've ever been given feedback and critique on my resume. This group is one that genuinely cares about doing a good job and getting people hired. Their offices are clean and very orderly and they're a very modern office. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Working with Client First Staffing has been the best experience I've ever had dealing with an staffing agency. I sent my resume online and literally 5 minutes later Hailey called me for an interview for the following morning. I meet with Kyle who was absolutely Amazing! We spoke briefly about a couple position he felt i would be a great match for and also forward my resume right in front of me. I left the office and 1hr later Kyle called letting me know I was offered employment!! I start Monday, I encourage anyone in search of a employment to try them out.

Great agency to be a part off! They have helped me more than once to get a position. They helped me get a position that I loved and was $3 more than I was getting previously. Unfortunately, that company closed after I was there for 2 years. After that, they helped me get another job! I am even pregnant and was struggling to find a position that I was going to have to leave soon anyways. They are very understanding of life circumstances and will do anything possible to employ you. I am so grateful for being able to work with Kyle, Kelli, and Haley at Client First Staffing.

Kyle, Kelli and Haley are very professional and down to earth people. My experience with this company has been awesome. They care about their employees and they work hard and promptly to find you work that matches your work experience. Unlike most staffing companies, they do their best to staff you on long term assignments that could potentially result in a full time permanent position and not just temp jobs. I recommend them, if your in the job market.
