The driver arrived on time, but the limo was old with broken door piece. There was no ice for the champagne I bought. I had to go get it. There was trash in two of the rocks glasses. When I asked the driver to put up the partition, he stated it was a law in Florida that the partition could not go up. This was a lie, I am sure it was broken. The condition of the car overall could have been much cleaner. I should not have given the driver the nice tip I did. Hiring the limo was a surprise for my boyfriend who had never been in a limo. I was embarrassed. When I wrote the company afterwards, they sent
