We celebrate living in a rural hub of producers by featuring its tastiest products.
Beyond the food, we've uncovered a historic gem in the center of downtown Burley and painstakingly restored and updated one of the oldest main street landmarks. We used locally reclaimed and recycled materials to create an architectural masterpiece - featuring an olive oil tasting bar, live music stage, dining room and large events space.

My wife and I ate here on a date and we thought it was a great experience. It is a little bit "higher-class" dining so the food was slightly more expensive than everything else around the area, but it was filling and it tasted great. They have an awesome selection of different infused olive oils and balsamic vinegars you can try, and they give you oil and vinegar pairings with the complimentary, made-from-scratch, artisan bread that comes with the meal. Overall, I was impressed. We will definitely be returning.
