Adjustments, or manipulation as they're sometimes referred to is the minor movement of vertebrae in the spine.

For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged.

Adjustments, or manipulation as they're sometimes referred to is the minor movement of vertebrae in the spine. The objective of this movement is to realign vertebrae that have moved out of place for a number of reasons ranging from normal daily activity to trauma such as a car accident. When these vertebrae are out of place, it has an overall systemic effect from muscular to the central nervous system.

I am a 73 year old female and injured my back and have gone to Dr. Julia Purvis for almost two years now. I have dealt with a number of doctors and I must say Dr.Purvis is at the top of my list. She always has a warm welcoming smile and does a fantastic job with my injuries. She takes her time and listens to you and never have I felt rushed by her. She has a very busy practice and I don't know how they do it but you are always called back within 5 minutes of arriving for your appointment. Dr. Purvis and her staff make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in the office. If I had a score of 1-10

Katie has the magic hands! My shoulder has been keeping me up at night for about a week and half or more and after my massage yesterday, I was finally able to sleep! Dr. Cait has been dry needling my hip and lower back, which I was leary of, and that has taken the intensity away. All of the Doctors, massage therapists, front desk staff, and Tasha are all AMAZING!

My whole family loves Dr. Cait and the crew at Purvis Chiropractic. From my 12 year old son, (who just got adjusted for the first time because of a blind side football tackle) and my 14 year old daughter (who’s busy in volleyball and has posture issues) to my husband and I (who only pop in when we have time in between ranching and work) she has us all covered !

I had dry needling done to my knee in the past by Dr Caitlin. When I came to her, I could barely do stairs because of the pain. 4 sessions and almost 2 years later and I am still pain free and my knee feels great! I returned today for dry needling to my wrist. Also had an adjustment today by Dr Chase who always gives a good thorough adjustment.

I have been going to Dr. Purvis for many years. Love her! She takes time to check in with you and see if there are any changes to your life that could be affecting your overall health, as well as doing her best to fix whatever kind of physical realignment you may need. She genuinely listens to her patients and tries to provide the best care possible. Her staff are all very nice, friendly, and professional. They all make an effort to make your visit comfortable.

Super friendly staff! Hurt my back the day before, found this chiropractor in my search and they got me in same day I called.
Was great to not only get my back put back in alignment but had it explained as to what happened and get an exercise to help my back and what I can do now to help my sore muscles. Going to definitely return!!

Not sure why this doesn't have any reviews yet, but Purvis is amazing! I was worried about seeing a chiropractor because I never had but after just one adjustment I felt like a million bucks. I will be so sad when I move away but definitely coming back as much as needed before I do. The front desk staff are also super nice! Would recommend to family and friends.
