We can't say enough wonderful things about Tara and her staff. Our son Sean has been at this school since he was 6 months old and we couldn't have picked a better learning environment for him. Tara and Kelly are caring, nurturing and encourage the children to be the best they can be. Every day our son is learning something new and coming home to tell us about how much fun he had.
Whether it's art, music or just playing together with his friends he truly loves being a part of this wonderful school. Tara is patient, kind and goes out of her way to make you feel like your child is her top priority, because he/she is. I honestly contribute a large part of our sons amazing development to how much time Tara puts in to teaching the children.

While working her way through both her undergrad and grad school programs in early childhood and elementary education Tara worked in a number of preschool settings in every capacity. When Tara's first son Austin was born in 2011 Tara decided to leave her position as a preschool director to pursue her dream of owning a preschool.

Outdoor learning provides children with opportunities for exploration, creative thinking, risk taking, using their senses, and most importantly, hands on learning through play.
The past six years I have worked under Tara Kochanskyj have been the best of my professional career. That's because the family-like environment she has established here at Bloom Learning Center is second to none. Every child that walks through our doors becomes a part of the Bloom family. We understand the challenge of finding the right choice for y0ur child.

My child attends the Bloom Learning Center. Bloom is a child care and preK facility ran under the rules and regulations of OCFS. Due to COVID-19 the center voluntarily shut down although deem essential by the state in which they are permitted to stay open. As the parents who have kids who attend this child care facility received an email from the owner stating "Many childcare centers remain open as they are deemed essential. Despite this Bloom chose to voluntarily close to protect the health and safety of ourselves" which is totally understandable. Upon reading this information , I spoke
