Thank goodness that I rarely have to call my insurance agent, but whenever I do I receive good service from John Becker's office Recently called because I added my newly licensed son to my insurance. We had some questions about the phone app. Cody from John Becker's office didn't know the answer off hand, but said that he would track it down and get back to me. I received a call about 15 minutes later with the answer.

I've been with John Becker's office for almost 20 years. He and his associates have been tremendously helpful, knowledgeable and able to address any issue I've encountered. I've had multiple cars at any given time, a motorcycle, and my home insured with his group. I can pull a car in & out of storage throughout the year w/o any delays in full coverage and enjoy the discount rates while it is parked in the garage. Switched my car insurance and banking over to John Becker State Farm this year and I have been very pleased with my decision. Everyone at the office is extremely helpful and diligent. They seem like they actually care, which is a little rare when it comes to insurance. 10/10 would recommend to anyone trying to make their insurance and banking experiences that much easier.

Extremely pleasant staff to deal with. Very patient and knowledgeable. You can find State Farm’s on almost any corner but I would go out of my way to work with the John Becker Agency. Cody was my representative and he was so polite and amazing to work with. He made me feel like he actually cared about the coverage that I had.

Mark Korbel took great care of me. Best quote I got with the best coverage, and even better customer service. Highly recommend. He made my home owner's and auto insurance a piece of cake and I feel very well informed. I will be telling all of my friends and co-workers what a great experience I had. Hard to find people who truly care about their clients and have their best interest in mind, but look no further. I'd give him 6 stars if I could.

Customer service is lacking! I have been trying to get life insurance for my 8 month old son for 7 months now. I have been to the office 2 times to sign paperwork and drop off needed documents only to get a call last week from John, only after my father called John to ask about a different issue. When John called me he informed me the policy had not been submitted and he would handle it that day ,GREAT I thought. We completed the application and he came to me to sign the docs that same day. I thought everything was taken care of until today. I get a voicemail from John stating the policy was denied
